혼자 여행왔는데 방이 엄청 크고 좋았어요 만들어진지 얼마 안된거 같아서 깨끗하기도 했구요 호안끼엠은 걸어서 10분 거리입니다!!

The room was great, the employees were so friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal. The hotel responded to messages about getting a driver in a very timely manner and were very courteous. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was delicious! Definitely consider staying here.

Great beds and cozy interior. Door to bathroom could not close. Very sweet people and good service. There were construction going on outside our room, maybe check og this is still the case, they started early and ended late. Had a hot Stone massage, it was great!

Make sure you arrive after 7 am and didn’t come at midnight. Almost all hotel in hanoi will close 🥲 We request for early check-in, they give the permission. Because we are in hurry, we get the floor room very wet 😅 and not really clean. Just okay, not really impressive except the staff.

In all honesty I was a little disappointed with the hotel. The staff were very friendly and quite helpful. However, my 5.30am alarm call arrived at 6.05am, the shower pressure was non-existent,the temperature was boiling on all settings and the A/C not great. I woke at 3.45am because of the outside noise. Was it value for money??? The jury is still out.

Hotel was in a average condition and the bathroom leaked due to the silicon at the bottom of the shower having detoriated and it Laming across the floor. Bathroom was like this when we moved in. Had to explain what was going on to staff. Strange odour coming from bathroom and different tones of the day like garlic chives. Hotel check in after hours tried to charge me for my booking even though I had prepaid through Lastminute. Most disappointing was the state of the breakfast area. Two warmer trays poked in the back of a small room with cords everywhere, broken tiles on the floor, the two smallest cereal jars I have ever see and they were never refilled the five mornings I stayed there. Cordial instead of juice. At least there was always some cut fruit so that was good. Good location if you want to be close to the old quarter for eating and going out to Beer Corner. Be warned finding a remotely western breakfast around here is hard work. Food really kicks off in the evening.

한국사람의 평이좋아 선택했는데 거짓이었다. 방은 넓은데 시설이 낡았으며 화장실은 간이로. 만들어진 곳이라 한쪽이 유리로 되어 외부와 틈이 있고 옆의 공사장 먼지가 들어와 아침에 숨쉬기 어려웠다. 조식은 주문식이며 뷔페가 아무것도 없다. 이보다 싼 저가 호텔 조식에서도 본적이 없으며 호스텔에서도 빵은 뷔페였다. 주문한 음식을 시키면 과일을 갖다주긴 하나 나같은 대식가에게 배고픈 아침이었다. 위치가 좋긴하나 이 가격이면 주변 다른 호텔을 가는 것을 추천한다. 두번다시 묵을 생각없다. 가장 잘한 선택은 이 호텔을 하룻밤 예약했다는 것이다

バスルームの天井から水が漏れていてバスルームの床は常に濡れていた。水漏れの為部屋中湿度は凄くベッドのシーツも湿っていて気持ち悪かったです。ホテルの隣で工事をしており朝7時前に工事の音が凄く凄くリラックスできませんでした。チェックアウト後も荷物を預けたのですが管理もずさんでした。
