Frankly speaking, the location was good, only 2 minutes to the beach. Room was not spacious, but it was ok for a solo business traveler like me. The breakfast at East Garden restaurant on 3rd floor was simple but good. Other than that, it was not an enjoyable experience for me, much worse than I had expected; - At the time I checked in, the staff at front desk was so busy to checking and counting the money. They should not do that, at least during peak hours when many guests were waiting. - I could not sleep comfortably because the clothes rack's lights kept turning on and off automatically EVERY 10 seconds, and there was no way to turn them off completely. - If the above reasons were not bad enough, being stuck in the elevator in 33 minutes must be the worst experience ever. I was in the lift to get down to the 1st floor to check out (I stayed in the 29th floor). Suddenly, the electricity was gone. Power outage made me stuck there, floating from the 8th floor to the 5th one. I pushed the emergency button to contact with the hotel staff but no one came. I had to do so every 5 minutes, 3 times totally! What they could do was asking where I was and they were on the way!!! WTH? How come the hotel did not know where the guest was stuck while they had camera in every single lift? After 33 minutes being contained in the lift, I was free. I came to complain with the receptionist and they were very surprised!!! OMG! They even did not care that there was a near missed accident in the hotel, and of course, they did not aplogize me, which I supposed they should have done so. What if I had missed my flight because of waiting with no hope in the lift? What if I was not calm, but panic because of being stuck in the lift for more than 30 minutes? What if I were got injured? 5-star hotel? Hmm!!! I don't think so!

When we check in the hotel, no one serve a welcome drink, other guests have to take a welcome drink by themselves. Security of building (wearing a blue shirt) guide wrong way although we know the place to have lunch at The Deli. Staff at The Deli don't know about the terms and conditions of the lunch voucher. Almost Managers, chefs, staff don't take care of the guest experience. The door lock has a problem two times, cant open the door. One time when check-in and go to the room with bellmen, and one time at night. The night shift receptionist and security at parking aren't friendly. The pool is too small, always doesn't have staff and towels. The breakfast buffet is too poor. Staff at the live station catering don't know how to make a French omelet. We ask for brown bread replenishment, but they don't do it. Noising sound (like construction in the building) in the afternoon.

Location: prime, easy to connect to all famous places in the city. Staff: great, friendly, professional Restaurant: nice and high quality food and drink. Staff is super nice. Room: spacious, well-equipped, clean, tidy, cosy. Toilet is also spacious, clean. Lobby and check-in desk: amazing, well-organised. The design is impressed and remarkable.

The view was amazing,We got upgraded to next category deluxe sky view. Love that view so much♥️ However the service at front desk and housekeeping could be improved, no greetings at reception.Services were cold. She aslo did not explain the hotel facilities or listen to our request ( changing method of payment, extra bed set up) During stay, noone refill towls, waters or make up rooms despite we asked for that. We wanted to pay for late check out until 3pm however It was denied due to the high occupancy. At noon we came to the desk to check out and were told to wait at the couch cause they need to check the minibar, etc... thats fine however she did not get back to us until my friend asked if the process was done. The concierge lady who helped us stored luggage was very helpful. She also gave us recommendations where to have lunch.She was the only one gave us care and smile.

The buffet dinner at the Eastin Grand is very good with so many choices and they have an excellent buffet price. From roast duck to roast ham , to oysters and shrimp and so many rice and noodle dishes . Desserts are great as well with many choices. The fare is absolutely one of the best buffet dinners which includes quality selections and taste in Nha Trang Champagne was also Served tonight I will be back every time I’m in Nha Trang. The Hotel is outstanding and first class ! Thumbs up for a great enjoyable experience for dinner.
