So disgusting the toilet seat was full with pee and when I asked the staff to clean it somebody came and just splashed water over it. No sponge no chemicals. I guess this is how they always clean it. They wiped the seat and underneath with their hands and after touched the sink and door handles in the room. Felt so disgusting staying here. The entire room smells like toilet.

If you have any expectations on staying here then you might want to read this (trust me).... First and foremost I was going to rate this as 3 stars because we are not in the states or Europe and its decent for Vietnam but things happened and honestly I wish I could have gotten my money back. Booking it online would actually save you about 100,000 VND then walk-in in my case. I later discovered that after the case. I will break it down as much as possible. Customer Service Communication with cleaning lady and Receptionist: It was all in vietnamese but had not attempted english, so I cant comment if they speak english or not. But the service and communication in vietnamese was good, honest to think of it, that may be the only good about this hotel unfortunately. Elevator: Going Up: elevator door wouldn’t respond and the receptionist had to push a botton behind the counter. This happened multiple times and its during buainess hours. Going Down: I got stuck in the elevator going down in the morning. Wasn’t a fun experience. Obviously when youre stuck, you press either the emergency or calll button. I had already made it down to the 1st floor but the door would open, even attempted to push the open door bottons and others. After a couple of minutes the door opened up. Well, to start, the bedroom was green, 2-3 different shades of green, if you like green, there you go! The mattress and pillows are VERY SOFT. It was to the point i wasnt used to it and i woke up at 3:40am and could go back to sleep. Back to the bedroom, the walls are very thin... And so are the windows! You can here practically everything. At 4:30am and 5am you will here the church bells. It will last for 1 minute for each time. Trains will make there way through this neighborhood many times at night, so yes, you will here the LOUD WHISTLE and the train passing through. Chickens.... they too go off randomly through out the morning. After the church bells at 5am, i could hear people’s conversation outside and in the hallways and the room next to mine. Truthfully i really dont know how this place has an average 5 star rating. The worst i havent mentioned yet till now. On my bed when i woke up at 3:40am, i saw RAT DROPPINGS. It was dang close to my face/nose. Seriously this isnt right, for any guest to feel and experience. The bathroom, you have to turn on a switch and wait about 8-10 mins for hot water. There is no shower curtain or sliding door so becareful stepping into and out of the tub. The lighting in the bathroom was very dark, i had to used my cellphone and turn on the flash. Terrible. If you read this far in this review and youre thinking of staying here, good luck and you’ve been warned! 👎🏼🤦🏻‍♂️

Despite of the small hotel but it is enough all comforts. I travel alone so that I want to stay in a tiny and cosy room for not feeling lonesome. The staff is hospitable, enthusiastic and humorous. Though we have different language, chatting with them is really. enjoyable. This leads to funny circumstances, sometimes. It’s been a memorable stay.

Good service and nice view. There is a lift. The room is non-smoking and fairy well equipped. Free bike and map with directions of the receptionists. Right choice. I will be back here next summer with my family.
