Very spacious rooms. Great service. Location is excellent, in the middle of the interesting busy streets of Hanoi. We really liked it here. Breakfast was just ok, though. But apart from that, very recommended.

The front desk staff we incredibly helpful and nice. After I mentioned my allergy and that I would just have some fruit for breakfast, one front desk girl went across the street to buy some yogurt so that I would have something to eating in the morning. The staff is the main thing that made this hotel better than the others.

Tommy the hotel manager are able to speak English and were so helpful, friendly, and had managed to give us some food and spot reccomendations to visit. The hotel are in a strategic place in Old Quarter of Hanoi. Near the laundry, cafes, minimart, and the essential spot: pharmacy. The room were so clean, they clean the room every day. Even though we didnt book breakfast at hotel, basically we still can get breakfast $3 each person/breakfast and pay on the spot. We recommend you, dear backpackers and whoever read this review, to stay at this hotel. We did have a wonderful stay there. Thank you Tommy & team!

Big room with comfy bed and pillows... only downside of being in the large room was the elevator goes to 6 and the room is on 8...front desk is attentive and goes out of their way to be helpful...I highly recommend this hotel
