A very peaceful setting at Waterways Resort. All the staff are very welcoming and friendly, always ready to help in any way. Food from the restaurant is 5 star, a culinary delight. Would definitely stay there again. Glenn and Maria

We stayed for a week and found the staff friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean and we enjoyed the pool every day. Special thanks to Jane, Emily and Thang in reception along with Bella in the restaurant/bar.

This was our fourth visit to the Waterways hotel. Three weeks of bliss in a quiet and relaxing hotel.
Clean rooms with fresh, crisp linens.
The pool is large with many chairs and umbrellas. The setting is perfect, with large palm trees, overlooking the river.
Breakfast is plentiful and fresh.
Great value for the money, and a short walk, or bike ride to downtown

By far one of the best hotels during our holiday to Vietnam.
Quiet area, 3kms from old quarter. Push bikes are offered freely, shuttle bus into town 3 times a day.
Beautiful pool and grounds area
Rooms are very large and well setup.
Food was great.
Could not recommend enough!

The check in was so fast and easy, rooms were large, beds very comfortable. The hotel is a short distance from downtown but very accessible. Front desk staff was very good and helpful. Breakfast was good, but the staff in the restaurant were always on their phones and not very motivated to do anything else. Overall we would definitely stay there again it has a very peaceful surrounding right along side the river.
