Pengalaman menarik saat menginap di hotel ini. Pertama-tama saya terkejut karena resepsionis terletak di lantai 62. Saya mendapatkan kamar dilantai 69. Sungguh pengalaman mengesankan karena baru pertama kali mengalaminya. Hotel ini sangat mewah dengan pelayanan yang ramah. Kamar tidur bersih. Makanan untuk sarapan sangat beragam dan lezat.

I like everything about this hotel. The room is modern and has a nice view of Hanoi. The staffs are always friendly and helpful. The food is very good, I have buffet lunch or dinner at 3 Spoon at least once a month and the quality of the buffet very worth the money. Chef Dat of 3 Spoon very friendly and helpful. Hive lounge is so chill that I enjoyed working and have tea. I wish that this hotel is closer to the city center so I can visit more. You should choose this hotel, you will be happy.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and the hotel was amazing. The mgmt and staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The rooms were really clean and comfortable. Highly recommend and we would definitely come back again.

Me and my boyfriend have stayed for 1 night at Intercontinental Hanoi Landmark72, and it has been the most memorable stay during our time in Hanoi. Even though it is quite far from the city center, it still provides everything we need during our stay. It’s near lots of supermarkets, shopping malls and restaurants. My first impression was pretty good. Mr. Duy - a Duty Manager has welcomed us with a kind manner, and the check in process was really fast. The room was upgraded, which we really appreciated. Facilities in this hotel are amazing. It’s located on the top of Hanoi, which I can see the whole city from the room view. Staff are kind, hospitable and always willing to bring extra service. Especially Mr. Tien in Front Office, he farewell us with a nice smile, asked us if we need any extra assistance, even walked us to the elevator. I must say, this hotel amazes me from facilities to the way they trained their staff. Definitely recommend for others, and we would love to go back next time.

I stayed at this hotel in Nov 2019, the hotel located in business district so quite far away from city center. Staffs are good but not excellent. Breakfast was nice layout. There was one thing i did not like, due to the building design, you had to switch elevator when going up and down or must choose the right one to get to fitness floor.. basically, its just fine for business trip
