- Jika pakai kendaraan taxi/grab minta turun lgsg di Mercure French Village Station nanti lgsg ke lobby mereka yg ada di station bawah utk check in sebelum naik cable car Jd setelah naik cable car dan sampai di Ba Na hills akan ada bellboy yg bantu bawa koper Nanti oleh bellboy akan dibantu diarahkan hotel mana yg dituju krn total ada 8 gedung berbeda jd bakal bingung bgt klo ga ada yg mengarahkan - Check in kedua di lobby atas mudah - Kamar nyaman walau tidak terlalu luas Ada penghangat ruangan jika merasa terlalu dingin di kamar - Breakfast ruameee tp enak dan byk variasi - Privilige jika menginap adalah bisa ke Golden Bridge pagi2, cable car pertama start di jam 6 pagi. Jika cuaca bagus dapat view sunrise dan juga tidak ramai pengunjung jd bisa foto di spot2 bagus tanpa antri, walaupun super dingin hawanya - Staff rata2 ramah, beberapa ada yg masih minim bhs inggrisnya

The hotel room is great, the beds and the bathroom are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is clearly not intended for foreign nationals looking for a romantic hot spring weekend away. Children were running around and yelling at the hotel until the early hours of the morning. The check-in staff barely spoke English to assist us, luckily we are used to Asia and can handle that, but other visitors would be very disappointed and frustrated with the level of service. The park is marketed strongly to foreign tourists, but the staff can hardly cater to locals. Overall we made the best of our stay and enjoyed all the amenities the park has to offer. Very must see when visiting Da Hang, just be sure to bring a bit of patience and understanding.

When my husband suggested we visit a hotel in the mountains with average reviews and relatively unknown foreigners, it was pretty worrying, so we brought plenty of our own toiletries and food. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the relatively good hotel service concierge lady called us twice to confirm our arrival transportation hotel staff greeted us at the park entrance, prepared a buggy to take us to the hotel a few hundred meters in from the parks entrance polite staff greeted us everywhere in the park and asked if we needed any assistance room clean and had warm spring water flowing into the full marble bathtub toiletries were good, better than those we brought from our previous hotel warmed toilet seat and bidet available balcony with a good view of the park what we enjoyed is that there aren't many visitors, so it's a pretty good time to enjoy all 15 hot spring pools mud baths warm spring pools all by yourself There is only one restaurant and without many visitors, theyve switched to an a la carte buffet breakfast, which has many options and generous portions. Western food is available, but the standard is not totally western, so I would probably stick to omelettes, hash browns and pastas if you need to order western. Their local food is pretty decent. What an incredible surprise! In the mountains off Da Hang, surrounded by nature, cooler but still pleasant, and the most amazing hot springs weve used outside of Japan. The outdoor baths are quite large and have different temperatures, so it's great for kids too. The indoor baths even have a small garden. Our toddler was scared of the water park, so I can't say much about that, but he loved dinosaur park, with very believable dinosaurs with movement and noise. We went for 2 days, but extended our stay to 4 days. And well be back!.

The bathroom water supply comes directly from the hot springs, so it takes around 15 minutes to warm up in the mornings. The breakfast buffet is ok for one day but we didn't enjoy the food and even got sick from it. Bring your snacks because the park is quite isolated.

Saya membeli vcr hotel via tiket.con tgl 14 - 16 agustus , namun problem dengan cable car yg mana dari pihak tiket.com tidak info kan jam operasi cable car , tgl 16 agustus saya harus turun pakai cable car kam 6 pagi karena harus ngejar pesawat jam 09.00 pagi , namun cable baru jalan jam 07.00 , karena masalah cable car maka setelah pihak hotel menghubungi agent tiket.con sepakati untuk saya check out tgl 15 agustus , refund 1 malam yg katanya 3 hari uang akan masuk namun saya tunggu sampe lewat 3 hari uang tsb blom saya terima, saya menghubungi tiket.com via email, dan dinyatakan tidak dapat refund karena di tolak oleh hotel , bagaimana ??? Saya telah di tipu
