Le Pavillon Hoi An Luxury Resort & Spa

Myself and my husband stayed here during our honeymoon trip to vietnam, the hotel was clean, modern and beautiful. We loved our room, the breakfast was great, we went for a spa treatment and it was really good and professionally done, we loved spending time at the pool. totally loved our stay here. Oh and Tam one was of the staff members always made sure that we are happy! , she is very professional, Well done on great customer service !

Stayed here with my other half on a tour of Vietnam. Check in was swift and all staff where pleasant. Room was big and clean. Due to the tiles on the floor it led to some noise coming from other rooms & outside but not unbearable. The bathroom was also clean and items replenished every day. The bed was huge and yes like other reviews have said the mattress was hard but I love it like this so it suited me down to the ground. Room hadn't the best view, we were facing out onto the back left of the hotel and it just overlooked other people's rooves, again this wasn't an issue as we were out most days. Lovely outdoor pool if you wish to sit and sunbath,it was little cool when we were there so didn't spend too long here. Nice swim up bar and lovely bar staff. Didn't have any evening meals so cannot comment but breakfast each morning was very nice. There were plenty of variety at the buffet and the staff here were wonderful, very chatty and informative about the local area. The hotel is situated just on the edge of hoi an old town and we both walked into town and availed of the free bicycles offered by the hotel to go in there. I did have a manicure &pedicure at the hotel spa and I found it a little bit awkward with the 2 ladies working, one on my hands& one on my feet, chatting away themselves. Now this was probably just my own personal feeling as it's not common practice in western salons. There wasn't an awful lot of colours to choose from. One thing I would suggest for management is to adopt the use of shellac or gelish type polish as it's just normal polish used and it took an age to dry,which resulted in it smudging. I was disappointed in this but it really is my own fault as I should have checked beforehand . I'll put it down to experience! Overall it's a lovely hotel, in a beautiful town & I would have no problem staying here again or recommending it to friends and family. The staff are very nice and contribute to how special the hotel is.

This is really a beautiful hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are very comfortable and the location of the Hotel is excellent if you want to explore the old town. The hotel is kept clean and very neat and it has a very relaxed atmosphere.

From other review, all saying staff are greet with a big smile but we group of 7 dont feel it but the restaurant staff are more friendly then them Overall the cleanliness is excellent and room are big
