My daughter booked a birthday party for me, the party was designed for 16 people in a cozy An Bien room, set menu very delicious and reasonable. I received birthday cake from hotel to say happy birthday, its trulyb happy when received special attention from F&B team. All staff welcomed my family enthusiastically. Thanks to Mr. Quang, Mr. Tuan FBM and kitchen team for preparing a wonderful party for my family. We enjoyed the party and will be back.

The hotel provides very good services and delicious breakfast.
The studio rooms are not so big, but are comfortable and clean.
It has fitness room, swimming pool, spa and restaurant.
You can also find many restaurants near the hotel.

I stay at Mercure Hai Phong for 5th business trip.
I did'nt have disappointed never.
Most Staffs can help me for Excellent stay.
Kindly & Professional.
And Spa bloom is the best in Hai Phong, I think.

All staff are very courteous and friendly. They will always make sure that you feel like at home.Their staff knows exactly what their guests want to make them feel at home. On every service they provide comes with sincerity.

Great place to stay, excellent staff, very thoughtful and courteous - they remember you!
Rooms are very nice, clean from top to bottom, roomy, 'fresh' and quiet. Plenty of sundries, and mini bar refreshments upon request.
Flame restaurant is an excellent dining venue, clean and well maintained, a large & diverse menu, ample wine list, and food preparation that has never disappointed.
Additional services (I often use the hotel car service from the airport) are offered and reasonable.
Highly recommend this hotel for business and/or pleasure!!
