Such a nice place with nice design, comfortable and well-equipped!!! It is very good value for money. The breakfast buffet exceeds expectations with many delicious dishes. The staff is super welcoming and speaks English very well. Extreme friendly manager. We will be coming again to enjoy and have fun!!!

It's in the downtown area and you can see the city even if you walk a little.
Most of the hotel staff are kind.
Facilities and the interior of the room are also satisfactory.
I will use it again if I come again next time.

I stayed Mercure HP last week in my business trip and I am really happy with services here: comfortable room with very nice city view, great food with many delicious food. There are many delicious dishes for breakfast which I really enjoyed. Spa here is the best service which I experienced. Staffs here are so helpful from bellman, receptionist, restaurant staff, specially thank you Mr. Brus Lee- General Manager, Mr. Chang- Operation Manager, Mrs. Helen, Ms. Huong...welcomed and greeted us warmly. All of those things made my business trip great ever. I will come back Mercure Hai Phong for sure.

The hotel is located in the center of Hai Phong, convenient and easy to access. The room is cozy and clean with a nice view of the city. Breakfast buffet is nice with a lot of choices. Pizzas are also delicious. Staff is friendly and attentive. A wonderful place for business and leisure trips. I did enjoy staying here and will definitely go back.

It was perfect hotel for my business trip. Team is friendly and helpful especially Ms. Helen- Sales- Great Service . I feel very warm welcome.The rooms were very clean and cozy ,I have enjoyed very much
