Their hospitality was exceptional, always friendly and attentive. The room was fantastic—beautifully designed, clean, and incredibly cozy. It was like a birthday cake—sweet, delightful, and perfect in every way! Every detail, from the amenities to the ambiance, was top-notch. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hanoi. I can’t wait to stay here again!

Great location in heart of the Old Quarter. All you need in easy walking distance, Train Street, Sports Bar, shopping, the Lake. Very good facilities, eg roof top bar & pool, great dining facility & excellent & inexpensive breakfast with plenty of choices. Staff very efficient, friendly helpful & easy check-in/ out excellent value for money

Wonderful stay at Meritel Hanoi. The staff all are friendly, courteous, helpful and always made me feel welcome. The room was spacious, clean and modern. The location is centralized to all the sites, restaurants and close to Hoan Kiem Lake. Overall a great hotel. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in Hanoi.

Dejligt hotel med god lokalisation i Old town. Vi havde et værelse med vindue, men selv om det var lukket om natten var der lidt støj fra gaden. Men dejligt rent og afslappende hotel med dejligt spa og restaurant med god mat. Venlig og hjælpsom personale. Rent. Generelt meget stille indenfor på hotellet så det var en dejlig lille oase midt i old town.

Super godt ophold hos Meritel. Hotellet er meget centralt placeret, super rent og værelserne gode. Personalet var fantastisk behjælpelige og alle talte godt engelsk. Personalet gik den ekstra meter for os hver gang. Restauranten var god og morgenbuffetten fejlede ingenting. Et rigtig godt ophold, hvor jeg uden tvivl vil booke Meritel næste gang jeg er i Hanoi.
