This hotel is a gem located in the old corner ofHanoi. The staff was fantastic, the room was clean and well equipped, and we were absolutely delighted to be staying there. In addition to a comfortable bed and a good breakfast, the rooftop bar was fun. We also went out into the old quarter at night and the hotel was perfectly located for exploring safely and having fun. Highly recommend.

Mr.Steven Doan (General Manager) and all staff members from reception, restaurant, spa, concierge, tour service etc… were very polite, helpful and cheerful. Hotel is very clean hotel. Our experience was very pleasant. I recommend this hotel and I will book it again next time in Ha Noi.

Everyone in the hotel are making you feel at home. The location of the hotel is perfect and everything is accessible by foot. I never felt so welcomed in any hotel around the world... Maybe except the Ritz Carlton. You really feel taking care of and cared for. Great job to the whole staff.

Great big room, big bathroom. Nice that the room has a balcony even though it’s small. Great location, the staff is extraordinarily helpful and nice! They go beyond the call of duty. Breakfast was good and has a nice variety. Rooftop bar was a big plus, we were there around November and it was nice and cool.

【立地】ホアンキエム湖の近くにあるホテルです。ハノイの観光地である旧市街やハノイ大聖堂、ホアンキエム湖、水上人形劇が徒歩圏内にあり、立地が非常にいいホテルです。【部屋】とても広く、丁寧に清掃されています。日本にあるようなアメニティはありませんが、最低限のものはあります。コンセントも日本のものが使えます。【朝食】 10階でハノイ市街地を一望しながら食事をとれます。ベトナム風のものを中心に味も非常に良かったです。【スタッフ】非常に親切です。日本語は通じませんが、英語が話せるスタッフがいるので英語が話せれば問題ありません。英語が話せなくてもGoogle翻訳でベトナム語に翻訳すると丁寧に答えてもらえます。【その他】荷物も長時間預かってもらうこともできました。フライトの時間を話したらシャワーも浴びることができました。シャワーは長期間使われていなかったのか、きれいではありませんでしたが、無料で浴びさせてもらう分には文句はありません。ノイバイ空港への送迎もVND350,000でしてもらえます。送迎の方も親切でしたので、最後にチップを求められましたが、快く支払いました。短い滞在でしたが、とても満足でき、次回も利用したいと思えるホテルです。

The location, rooms, facilities are excellent but what sets Minerva apart, and presumably what earns them such high ratings, is their impeccable service. Talk about going above and beyond! Their staff is obviously very well-trained and eager to ensure guests have a wonderful stay, without being overbearing. Great breakfast too!

We enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were of a good size, the bathroom was clean and also well-sized. Water pressure and hot heater all worked well. The beds were firm, pillows and duvet were perfect. The only downside to our room was the lack of a proper window-the one above our bed had poor insulation and we felt a draft over our heads at night when we opened the window shade. The location of the hotel was superb- easily accessible by ride shares, close to eateries, a grocery, St Joseph’s cathedral and the lake. The hotel pick up service, though with a fee was comfortable and on time. The best part were the people and service - front desk staff Jamie, Steve and Sun were exceptional- they made our family feel at home & catered to our needs. Our kids love Sun who is knowledgeable and sweet. Jamie was easy to communicate with even before we arrived at the hotel. Daily breakfast buffet was a highlight- food was tasty and slightly different everyday so it was never boring. This will be our family’s choice again if we come to visit Hanoi. It was unforgettable staying here! Loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Minerva. We were greeted very warmly with Kate. She’s the best! Gave us lots of recommendations for local foods and activities. The hotel offered shuttles to and from airport for a small fee which was very convenient. Breakfast was great! Hotel was walking distance to alot lof good foods and shops. Our room was perfect! Super spacious with very comfortable beds. Exactly like the pics posted, even better in person. 10/10 would recommend Minerva if anyone is looking for a hotel in old quarters. All the services here are top notch!

還暦祝いの旅行ということで娘がベトナムに連れて行ってくれましたこのホテルはちょうどよい規模でチェック・イン時からホッと出来る雰囲気でした部屋に窓はなかったのですが外の騒音は殆ど聞こえることなく快適に過ごすことが出来ましたシャワー、トイレ、洗面所が分かれているのは良いのですがシースルーになっているため、誰かがトイレを使用している時は洗面所が使えない等、少し使い勝手が悪かったです（もちろん、気にならない方もおられるでしょうが）シャワーの水圧は強くはありませんが許容範囲でしたバスローブ、バスタオル、フェイスタオル、ハンドタオルやアメニティも充実していますスタッフは皆フレンドリーで感じが良いです特にジェイミーさんはとても細やかな気遣いをしていただきましたお薦めしていただいたトレインストリートに行ったのですが、少しの差で列車が通り過ぎ、再度出直すことになった時に水のペットボトルを持たせてくださいましたその他、色々質問する機会があったのですが、いつも丁寧に応えてくれましたチェックアウト時、チェック・インのお客さんの対応をされていたのですが、少し手を止めて「忙しくしていてきちんとお見送り出来なくてすみません」と握手してお礼を言われました最後まで温かい気持ちで過ごせたホテルでした　また、ハノイに行くことがあれば泊まりたいホテルです

Absolutely amazing stay! The service levels of the staff were top notch. Instead of ordering a Grab to head to the airport, they arranged a much more comfortable SUV at same cost. Great location and walking distance to all the fantastic food and attractions. Shout out to Jamie Vu, phenomenal hotel manager.
