日本の札幌から来ました。ホテルの方は、丁寧な対応でした。また24時間受付には人がいて対応してくれました。３泊しましたが、朝食は毎日内容が変わるので、何泊しても飽きません。女性スタッフのハンさんは、日本が好きで、日本語もけっこう話せました。日本語でとても親切に色々なことを教えてくれました。また、利用させていただきたいと思います。

This is the second time I've stayed at the Nesta. The staff is wonderful and helpful. This is a small hotel that is close to the neighborhood. Their primary clients appear to be from Asia. However, as an American I felt safe, comfortable, and welcomed. The only issue I had this time was a problem getting the a/c to cool down enough. I'm not sure if it was me or the control. I didn't ask (which I should have). The Nesta is a great value and I intend to stay there again - the next time I'm in Hanoi.
