Stayed 1 night for business purpose. Room was smaller than pictures, as usual in every hotel media release. Room has no greenery view, but clean. Breakfast buffet was all right.
Staff was well trained, showing their hospitality. Check out was very quick. FOM lady was very polite.

We were welcomed to the hotel by Le Thi Thu Ha who throughout our stay went above and beyond to help us have the best stay possible. She is a real asset to her company :)
You won’t regret your stay at Sen Grand. Pool is stunning, buffet breakfast has a great mix of western and eastern cuisine and rooms are well laid out and clean. I really can’t find a fault.

Sen Grand Hotel and Spa is new, so it's modern and clean. My bed is comfortable and spacious. Its a outdoor swimming pool at top, the Lotus restaurant is on 2nd floor, server buffet breakfast. I love noodles soup with beef, so delicious ! The receptionsit Quang is friendly and nice, helpful. Thank you all make my awesome staying.

We decided to choose Sen Grand on booking.com based on the positive reviews and I can say it did not disappoint. The staff were incredibly polite, and were accomodating for our every need regarding things such as room changes (we wanted one with a window). The cleanliness and state of the rooms were perfect, and buffet breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. The rooftop pool had stunning views of the city although the weather was cooler during our stay so we didn’t get to utilise it much. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the beautiful city of Hanoi. Thank you to Sen Grand for the 10/10 hospitality!

What a very tiring flight. Over my imagination, in the small alley located in the heart of the capital, there is such a wonderful hotel, from the street to the hotel lobby and up to my room, I was helped a lot from metiiculousness of Duc Tai to a fastidious person like me. I am really satisfied so much and wanna say thanks to Duc Tai as well as Sen Grand Hotel. See you soon.
