It’s warmest time I’ve enjoyed to farewell my old 2019 and welcome a prosperous and happy new year 2020 at Sen Luxury Hotel. It’s sweet and lovely to view the Hanoi Tet from windows of my room. It’s worthy for me to start new year time. Thank You for your great supporting me! Wish you all a wonderful new year!

The hotel is very nice, clean and comfortable. I walked into the hotel where my friend Dong and Trung opened the car door and carried my luggage very enthusiastically. Thank you so much. I will be back.

I always stay here when I come to Hanoi. The staff are great, especially Dung. They always greet you with a smile and are always very attentive to your needs. The rooms are also spacious and clean. :)

I had a great time with Sen Hotel. Everything is perfect except it litter but far with center. Clean hotel, friendly staff, especially mr Duy at reception who alway support and friendly. I will come back soon.

I stayed a few days in Hanoi to attend a conference, didn’t wanna choose anywhere too fancy. I think Sen is a good hotel, pretty quiet. The staff were helpful, special thanks to Hoan and Anh at the reception, they helped me a lot with the taxi and stuff during my stay. I don’t really like my view though, but generally it deserves compliments 👍
