I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this establishment. During our numerous nights in hanoi, my companion and i stayed here. It is conveniently situated right in the heart of hanes. The location is easily accessible on foot. Before making a reservation in Hanoi for supper, ive read numerous reviews, and im happy that this place didnt let me down. I heartily endorse it. Thank you to chloe, louis, leo, undeniably for making our stay wonderful.

We had a great time staying here. Its in incredibly convenient location, making it simple to walk around to the citys most popular attractions. The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was surprisingly good. Although the rooftop area is small, it is ideally suited for enjoying iced tea while taking in the view of the town. We really appreciated the excellent service provided by the hotel. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. When we returned from flying out of hanoi ten days later, they were happy to store our bags for us while we spent fewer hours in town or even arranged for cabs for me to get to my airport. They played utmost to make our stay in hai so enjoyable.

I had a great time during my two nights there. Although the view wasnt particularly noteworthy for me, my thirdfloor room was on the third floor. The room felt quite peaceful, the furnishings were contemporary, and the bed was cozy. However, for two people, it might be sluggish. There were plenty of options at the breakfast buffet, which was excellent. Overall, service was commendable.

We had a wonderful time here. We appreciate the local recommendations and the excellent service provided by jenny, chloe, and peter. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered countless options. It was within walking distance of the lake, local attractions, restaurants, etc. No more than 15 minutes. There were amenities and free water in the room, which was neat and clean. Since they appear to be able to offer better service and price compared to grab or other services, we have learned to book any taxi or transfer through the hotel.

The rooftop bar and pool are the ideal place to watch the sunset, very beautiful. Lukas, chloe, and jen were on service, they were unusually friendly and helpful. We were allowed to use the pool after checkout, new towels were provided for that and the shower afterwards. The rooms were a little smaller than they looked like in the photos, but very clean and high quality. Breakfast was ok but not special. Overall i think this hotel is great and well located!.

I spent three nights in room 901. The staff was friendly, and the service was firstrate. I immediately received the warmest greeting from the staff (a man with glasses at the front desk, whose name i forgot when he arrived to assist us in crossing the street and carrying our bags. Although ive only slept for a few nights, the room is cozy. There are many options for breakfast, which is excellent. The location is convenient for getting to the main attractions.

I would suggest this location to visitors like myself. My stay at the soleil boutique hotel was exceptional. Everything went smoothly from the time i arrived until ive checked out. They were very accommodating of my requests and were also helpful in giving recommendations for places to visit. Jenny, leo, nghien, and zoe were all pleasant staff, but they were particularly friendly and helpful.

This hotel is in a central location of hanoi. The hotel has all the services in hai. When we had questions about the staff here in hon fusia, they were very helpful and friendly. I had reminiscences with nghiem about what was on duty on the day we left the soleil hotel. They took care of our luggage when we arrived. On departure, you helped us with the luggage and organized the taxi. Breakfast was also very good and would cater for you if you wanted something specific for your morning breakfast.

I spent one night there. The room is enormous, spacious, and magnificent. I adored the sleek, contemporary bathroom with its marble floor tiles. Both the bed and the decor were both lovely. Excellent breakfast with both western and vietnamese options. Zoe, the employee, was really kind and attentive. Once more, i heartily suggest this location. There are excellent restaurants and tourist attractions nearby.

The staff was very professional and friendly. We had to check out early at 6 am for a booked tour and the staff offered to pack us some breakfast. Very thoughtful! Overall my husband and i really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel. Highly recommend staying at soleil! It is located in san francisco area of hanoi and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and there was tasty buffet with varying food.

We stayed at various hotels during our trip to north vietnam. The soleil boutique hotel was unquestionably our favorite. Excellent service and cleanliness 10 out of 10. Extremely helpful and polite. Walking distance to the old quarter is convenient. Fantastic breakfast. Special thanks to jay, zoe, and lucin at the front desk.

We had a great time here. It was incredibly lovely hotel located in the center of hanoi, close to many restaurants and attractions. Although the rooms were smaller, they were quite cozy. When we checked out, nghiem leo took excellent care of us and made our stay wonderful. The breakfast was also fantastic!.

Our time at the soleil boutique hotel was truly enjoyable! The staff members were exceptional, displaying warmth and helpfulness. Jenny, Zoe, Chloes, Nghiem, and many others were also exceptionally helpful and friendly. They assisted us in organizing tours, finding taxis etc. Although the rooms may be compact, they are wellorganized and impeccably clean. The rooftop bag offers a breathtaking view. Additionally, the breakfast offerings are generous. Highly recommended!.

After leaving a different hotel around the corner, i checked into this one. The difference was incredible. Excellent service, spacious and cozy rooms, pool, and topfloor bar! We highly recommend staying here! The staff is very nice! It was my partners birthday during our stay and they saw that in the data. So sweet, we got a cake and sang for us! All the hotels are nice and clean, and the spa is also recommended. Attentive people and incredibly comfortable beds, so we slept well. The location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. A big 10!.
