Clean room, full facilities. Suitable for family or long stay. Location is also good. It is very near airport, and locate on excting street with mall, restaurant, ...Room has washing machine. Very convenience

I relocated to Hai Phong to work at Vinfast as a resident engineer for one year. Throughout this year I have stayed in Somerset Hai Phong, all the staffs in the hotel were so friendly and helpful. The room is very clean, the wifi is very fast and they have daily room cleaning services except Sunday. They even helped me to change my room when I had an allergic reactions on my skin. They also gave me gifts from time to time when there is a special day/festival! Overall I am very satisfied and impressed with the high level of hospitality and services they have delivered. They don't treat you as a guest, they treat you as their friend/family! They are always there when you need them! One small feedback regarding breakfast - I think the breakfast has a lot of rooms for improvement. As a long term resident in the hotel i would appreciate if the breakfast has more varieties (include a bit of western) on the dishes and more portions, and also it would be even better if they have more food from bakeries (e.g croissants, pastries etc). I have seen croissants sometimes but it would be nice if they can have it everyday!

It's great place to enjoy relax time.Room is very nice and convenience.Fantasic service.The staff of guest service team always willing support all of our require. The swimming pool very very clean.and my children is very like it.I had amazing experience.

I visit Hai Phong city on my business trip, my company book through Somerset hotel for my trip. Hotel itself is very cleaning service provided, location's also convenient and staffs are so nice to take care of guests around. My room is big, clean and staff's always smile during clean time. I like the way of treatment from staffs as made my feeling i am one of their family member. Thank you for everything, I will talk to friends and myself will stay here when we are in Hai Phong.

The team in Somerset was so warm and welcoming. Throughout our stay the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. Around hotel so many shopping, foods street it make me never forgot to first time in Haiphong.I truly to return to Vietnam and come back Somerset Central TD for other great time. Thank you
