I booked about 2 weeks in advance through booking system and directly called them as I normally do before I travel in order to let the hotel has enough time to manage their bookings.
But when I arrived, the room they gave me was totally different with what they offered and described. Then I go down to the lobby to talk to the receptionist guy (night shift). What he answered to me was: he did not know anything at all, he had no responsibility for my cooking, he did not give me any solution and requested me to find the lady that I made reservation and talked to her, I was very surprised and angry.
However, the nightmare was not just that:
When I took shower, the water dropped terribly slow, I could not take a shower, and had to stood in the bathroom to wait until the water pressure was strong enough.
And i tried to get over that night, then checked out immediately next day’s morning.
