Clean and tidy, spacious rooms, lots of great food options nearby. If you have plenty to do this is an ideal base to stay. Breakfast offered many options and our children, ages 10 and 13 were happy with what was on offer.

Best of our stay in Vietnam, room was nice and very comfortable. Great breakfast with a plenty of choices. The hotel had an excellent location where we can walk to the Imperial City. Staff was so kind, so nice and very friendly, always tried to meet our demand. Nothing complain about it.

Fine hotel, with a good location close to lively streets with many restaurants and shops. A bit far to walk to the Palace, but close enough to the river.
Spacious clean rooms, average breakfast.
Little English spoken; swimming pool but cold water.

Trang was very helpful arranging s tour to the DMV which saved me
1,400,000 VN dollar. Excelent customet service. Helped me secyre tsxues and her kindness and expertise in customer service was superb. Thus is the best hotel zi stood in out of 8 hotels I have been in VIETNAM. Great breakfast, rooms were very clean and the price was Great. Close to city life and amazing cultural sites. Thank you Trang and staff. I highly recommend this hotel. I will return with my family.
