Really good hotel at the top end of the beach area. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here with the nicest staff and the best showers on our whole trip!

We stayed here for 2 nights and chose the ocean view, specifically asking for a balcony weeks in advance. The hotel was responsive with out request and confirmed via mail that they would assign a room with a balcony. I chose to pay extra for this reason because i wanted to smell the breeze from the ocean day and night. Upon check in, we were regretfully placed in the only room without a balcony. The views were still beautiful, but there was no balcony. They apologized but couldnt do anything to get us a balcony as the hotel was fully booked. It was disappointing to learn about this as we were only staying for 2 nights and i had advised them weeks in advance to make sure. Despite this mishap, we were compensated for this error. The hotel is beautiful. It is well furnished, well located in da nang, and the views from the rooftop pool were topnotch. What i enjoy about staying in boutique hotels like this is that the rooms are limited and do not feel overcrowded like larger hotels. The leaf boutique hotel is located on the quieter side of the beach, which is our preference. The breakfast we had every morning was also beautiful. It felt authentic vietnamese food but with a highend touch. We also love the work of the bar who made us the beautiful mango smoothies and the efforts of the lady receptionist named julie in the morning who always helped us. We also want to thank lily from concierge for her assistance and the lady attending the breakfast who always smiled at us and asked how our day is going. Overall, we would love to come back here again. For the view, the room, the quiet location, the food and service.

Fairly new hotel. Everything was perfect in the room and the staff were very helpful. We were upgraded to a seaview room which was lovely, but early morning sports and fitness class over by the beach could wake a light sleeper (like me).

Sarapannya kurang bervariasi, agak jauh dari pusat kota tapi bagus jika Anda menyewa mobil. Ke Paplikasi Linh Ung juga dekat. Saya akan kembali ke hotel ini.

If we return to da nang, we will definitely return here. Everything is fantastic. The rooms are immaculate, and the personnel is incredibly kind and accommodating. The restaurants are only ten minutes away by car, and the location was ideal for us because it was close to the sea.

Hotel ini masih tergolong baru, jadi kamarnya dalam kondisi baik. Lokasinya sangat bagus karena tepat di sebelah pantai tetapi jauh dari pusat keramaian. Stafnya sangat ramah dan membantu. Sangat bagus. Hotel ini relatif baru, jadi kamarnya dalam kondisi baik. Kekurangannya hanya pintu balkonnya tidak kedap suara sehingga suara lalu lintas dan orang di luar terdengar. Akan lebih baik jika kedap suara.

I would definitely return. The cost of a threestar hotel stay for a fivestar hotel experience. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the rooms were extremely modern, clean, and welldesigned. But most importantly, the view was breathtaking. The small pool on the top floor is small, but it has a great view and is very clean. From my toilet seat, i was able to see the stunning ocean.

The design is cute and the room is quite new, but the size isnt as big as i expected. All the staff are friendly and helpful. I have a big impression with the receptionist, who has short hair, she supported me with a wide range of recommendations. Her smile is so bright. Can i get her information? Of course, the other is also good. The hotel is not in the middle, so i find it difficult to commute to some popular local destinations. However, its positive point is the opposite beach location and peaceful place. Great experience and will be back.

Hotel kecil, indah, bersih dan hijau! Saya benar-benar puas dengan semua yang ada di kamar dan harganya sangat masuk akal. Terima kasih kepada manajer pria berkacamata, terima kasih kepada bartender yang sangat peduli dengan keluarganya. Karena saya memiliki anak kecil, agak menyebalkan, tapi mereka selalu bahagia. Saya telah merekomendasikannya kepada teman dan kerabat dan akan kembali ketika saya datang ke Da Nang. Hotel ini sangat dingin, menghadap ke laut dan sekitar 200 meter dari Pantai Man Coi. Deretan restoran dengan berbagai hidangan di Jalan Vo Van Kiet, 500 meter dari hotel.

We spent three nights in this magnificent hotel. The hotel is situated in front of the beach and close to son tra. The personnel are really polite and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was small. The rooms are tidy and equipped with all the amenities one would anticipate. Without a doubt, i would suggest this hotel.

Would definitely recommend this hotel for lone travelers or couples. Thank you for the distinctive vietnamese hospitality! Had a fantastic oneweek stay here, with a sea view, a quiet neighborhood, and convenient access to both da nangs beach and city sides. The room was very clean and cozy, which was great for me as a remote worker! The housekeeping staff was particularly attentive, cleaning the room even when i briefly left in the morning. Eugene, the hotel manager, was a fantastic host, going the extra mile to recommend things to do around da nang, from coworking cafes to weekend nights out, and even checking in via WhatsApp when he did not see me at breakfast!.

Kami menginap selama 5 hari. Semuanya berjalan dengan baik sampai penggusuran. Sehari sebelumnya, saat kami keluar untuk sarapan, kami bertemu dengan petugas kebersihan kamar dan sepakat untuk membersihkan. Saat kami pergi, mereka memeriksa tas, mengeluarkan dompet, menggeledahnya, tidak mengambil uang kami dan tidak mengembalikan dompet ke tempatnya. Segalanya terlihat pada tempatnya, tetapi tidak terlalu menyenangkan. Tidak hanya itu, ternyata petugas kebersihan yang sama mengambil jubah dari kamar. Ketika kami check out di kasir (lebih dari 24 jam), mereka mengajukan klaim atas jubah (yang lain bukan milik kami), yang mereka keluarkan dari tas dari bawah bangku dan menunjukkan bahwa jubah itu sangat ternoda dengan noda yang tidak diketahui asalnya. (karat, dari spidol biru lainnya). Katanya tidak bisa dicuci, mereka meminta 500.000. Kataku, saya akan mencucinya di laundry lain dan membawanya besok. Tidak bayar! Jika luntur, uang kami kembali. Saya meminta kompensasi moral sebesar 500.000 Kepada resepsionis (saya akui saya tidak menodai jubah mereka dengan hal seperti itu) untuk penampilan mereka dan tidak mengambil jubah itu lagi. Tuhan menjadi hakim mereka!

I want to thank hotel employees anna, henry, and james. We just checked in late tonight (2/12, and the room didnt meet our expectations at first, but the front desk staff, anna, did an excellent job, she immediately reflected to the manager, and another staff member, james, showed us how to operate the air conditioner and fix the insurance box problem, when everything was set down, we had dinner on the first floor of the hotel, another staff member, henry, introduced the menu and recommended the traditional vietnam coffee to us. Even the room facilities are not as modern as they appear, but the outstanding staff made the night even better.
