The Malibu Hotel

- According to the Vietnamese law, a male foreigner cannot share a room with a female Vietnamese without marriage certificate. The hotel may refuse the reservation or request a second room subject to hotel room availability.

- As per the law, guests must present a hard copy of either Vietnamese identification card, Vietnamese Temporary Residence Card or passport upon check-in. Valid visa is also required for foreign passport holder.

- An incidental deposit of VND 2,000,000 will be collected upon check-in, used for incidentals or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon check-out. Or the hotel will keep the original ID/Passport of the customer at check-in and will return it at check-out.

- Up to one child under 5 years old stays for free and includes breakfast if using existing beds.

- Children over 12 years old are considered adults.

- The hotel does not allow food and drinks from outside.

- Children from 6 to 11 years old will be charged VND 320,000 using existing bed.

- Extra bed will be charged VND 1,100,000/person.

- Smoking and odor food (sea food, durian, jack fruit...) are not allowed or a deep cleaning fee per VND 5,000,000/case will be applied.

- Smoking is only allowed in private areas (fifth floor and outside the lobby).

- Pets are not allowed.
