spacious clean room, large bath. small quiet garden perfect for a.m. cafe and reading. delicious breakfast with fresh juice and fruit choice of eggs or noodles. good cafe. service by receptionist "soon" was attentive and professional however the other "hoa" was at best perfunctory.but her "rude" episodes are what stand out. she told me everyone says that i am a complainer. a busload of guests checked in and kept all up until 1:00a.m. then awakened us at 6:00a.m. no apology at all.

The family that accommodated us was very warm and friendly. They provided us with free bicycles which was part of the booking deal. This helped a lot as we could cover all of the tourist spots with ease. The breakfast was a little mediocre and the television in our room didn’t work. Apart from that everything else was great.

We stayed here with our two girls and the service and accommodations were perfect. Great value and with the free bikes, it’s easy to get to Old Town. The staff at Thien Tam were super friendly! We’d definitely stay here again.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and comfortable and the location for either downtown Hoi An or An Bang beach only 10 - 15 minutes by bike which are free.The location is quiet although close to cafes and Karaoke Bars.

The staff was not as friendly as you might expect in Vietnam and the rooms were moldy. Also the dining area was a little dirty and open to the Rats running around out front. the Location was great to explore both teh old city adn to go to the beach. and the Homestay let's you use their lovely Bicycles.
