Everything is good and clean. The only thing i can't stand off is the toilet does have a kind of smell. Seems to be like old place smell. Breakfast buffet is nice but can be improve by changing different kind of food.

The sky view,restaurant,bar & spa massage all very good service,food is tasty,delicious.Great staff very very good,this hotel is supper clean.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone,including families with young children.

I stayed here recently for 10 days on office visit.
This hotel is located in new Hanoi area, since majority tourists prefer in old Hanoi. This hotel has two wings in same building. Rooms in higher floors are good. It offers complimentary breakfast & the restaurant is located in 10th floor. From this floor, one can have some view of the city.
The breakfast consists off fruits & main course as per local custom. It has good variety for non-vegetarians and limited for Vegans. Breakfast timings are from 6.00 AM to 10.00 AM. The same restaurant is open in the evening for dinner for limited time & limited dishes.
It offers laundry & rates are comparable with any similar hotels. Some rooms will have smoke smell may be due to AC ducts.
Service staff is good. Reception speak reasonable English.
Overall good stay.

A lovely hotel in Hanoi with a great free breakfast but the highlight is upstairs. Above the tenth floor restaurant is an amazing view from a three level patio with a bar. Everyone I interacted with spoke English. Room price was $42.60 US.
Be aware there are no wash clothes as that isn’t a thing over there.

The staff at this hotel are excellent. They responded with enthusiasm to every request. The breakfast buffet is great. The room service food was good and reasonably priced. The room was clean and the bedding was good quality even if the bed was a bit hard.
