Kadoma Hotel and Conference Centre

We had a mixed grill which my family enjoyed. The waiter was attentive and service was fast. We went into the club at the hotel for some music afterwards; it was a bit empty but that did not stop the DJ from giving us a memorable night of great music,dancing and laughter. Were there some negatives?Honestly yes (e.g the restaurant aircon did not seem to work so it was very hot and the bar was a bit empty (therefore ambience not great initially) but it did not bother us as we chose to have fun and created a great fun night as a family with the help of the DJ) My sisters and I enjoyed our time here and will visit again in future. The staff at this hotel a a great credit to their employer.

I have been staying at "The Ranch" over the years. From a decline, the current management are doing their level best to restore the Hotel and Conference Centre's rightful state. The rooms were designed a long time ago but they have modernised the furnishings.They have bathtubs , TV and tea-making facilities. Good wardrobes and comfortable double beds. Each room has its own veranda and car-parking slot. Very private. The food is excellent, though the prices can sometimes be unreasonable. Best breakfast in town. KHCC remains a great place to take a break when driving to Gweru or Bulawayo from Harare

Great front desk staff - worth mentioning are Miracle, Clyde and Tracy Its extra value for money Clean rooms Adequate air-conditioning Exceptional room service Been using this hotel a zillion times whenever I have trips along R2 highway and so far no reason to go elsewhere

Please have at least a clinic closer to you in case I get sick during the night. Otherwise generally your place is good with a lot of space and fresh air. I really enjoyed my stay there although I was badly affected by acids and I couldn't get help nearby.

The service provide on all the areas of the hotel that I interacted with was good. However the major challenge I had was with the room keys. Each day the card key had to be reactivated at hotel reception. This was very annoying being denied access to my room after a long day. My overall stay was okay.
