Was there for a night room size is just right with basic functions. Super clean and in room tea making facility. Com
fortable bed with new linen. Desk and chair plus separate single sofa. Wardrobe and bag rack. Wonderful place to just rest. WiFi worked well. Breakfast is basic but alright - eggs, sausage, baked beans and toast. Swimming pool on site

I dad a wonderful stay. The place is very quiet and clean . Not too many guests were there but the service was good.The rooms were neat and well maintained. The gardens as well. The pool was a bit dirty.

What happened to Nesbitt once the great hotel in the province,had an awful stay from bed bugs to dust in the rooms,very old tv which had one channel,requested for wifi acces was told he had run out of vouchers,the cleaning ladies just sweep all the dirt conceal it under the bed (check pics).Please refurbish this place to be competetive,all other lodgings are fully booked right and you have just a handfull guests yet your are in the heart of town

Built on the terraces of a small mountain, the Nesbitt Arms Hotel is a historical monument for the South Eastern Lowveld not because it is designated as such but because it brings some memories of the past. The wall hangings make good reading.
A nice quiet place for large meetings yet also a quiet place for a good night's sleep. It is certainly an interesting hide out offering bed and breakfast.

This used to be hotel of choice for business travellers in the last 5 or so years back. The product is now less competitive and lacks glamour despite so much effort being put by dedicated staff. Shareholders seem to have made a strategic move to invest more in the Bulawayo property which is one of the top hotels.
