Dentro do esperado. Sem surpresas. Dimensoes excelentes para a estadia de uma familia. Apartamento no terreo. Localizacao excelente. Não possui lavanderia.

Apartment was awesome! Great location near Bermuda Triangle! Close to some good bars, restaurants. Only a 20 minute walk to Natural History Museum through awesome winding streets.

The apartment is located in very good and convenient location. Just minutes walking to all attractions. Just needed more fans as in Summer it was hot. Also it would be a lot nicer to leave extra towels. However, our experience was very good. I will return again to same apartment.

Be sure and mention to guests that you can park on the streets from 10pm until 9am for free. You can also buy parking passes in blocks of two hours at local smoke shops.

Beliggenhed var helt i top og det var let at komme rundt omkring. Derudover var det fedt at lejligheden var i 2 etager dog skal man være opmærksom på det er en ret snæver vindeltrappe. Renligheden var desværre under acceptabel. Der var spindelvæv flere steder, hår og skidt i alle kanter og hjørner - især badeværelset. Væggene havde pletter og da vi tørrede kogeplader af var kluden helt beskidt. Der lå gamle klude og svampe rundt omkring hvilket vi valgte at smide ud og købe nye. Generelt trænger der til en grundrengøring over det hele og let ved vedligehold af stedet, men klart mest rengøring.

Great location, good booking service, the apartment has great potential but, unfortunately the place wasn't really maintained to proper standards (average cleaningness, broken furniture,...). It doesn't miss much to make the stay really enjoyable.

The location of the apartment is great. The communication with the landlord is also fast and we had no difficulty in reaching the apartment. However, the room was not ready although we arrived in the afternoon at around 15:00. the cleaning lady was polite but unfortunately she made the cleaning in rush probably. Even tough, the dust under the beds are noticeable. The apartment needs some attention in repair. This is the old city and old apartments, we know but in basic conditions we expect a regular standard. The shower is not working properly as the shower tap is broken. Also the inner door handle of the bathroom is broken, the person inside is kept locked. We fix both temporarily, thanks to leatherman we had in our luggage. We informed the landlord and he is aware of the needs. he was open for feedback when we informed him. All in all, The indoor atmosphere is a bit stuffy, opening the windows does not help. The vantilator/ fan helped a little. In summer the guests may need much more than the fan. If the location is the main requirement for the visit, this is a good point.

We were excited to stay at the Sobieski apartment. We arrived late at night and didn’t realize how dirty the apartment was until the morning. The floor was filthy, not mopped and there were splatters of who knows what on the walls and door frames. The single bed had hair and dirt in it; so much so that my youngest child immediately got out of it because it was so gross. One of the large beds smelled of urine. Behind the couch was disgusting, it has never been properly cleaned. There were broken lamps. It was never communicated that the only bathroom was not on the same floor as the bedrooms. We were given no extra towels and the dirty laundry from the previous guests was in the entry way.

Appartement moyennement confortable : la salle de bains ( lavabos, WC, douche) est minuscule, avec un tout petit lavabos de la taille d'un lave-mains, et avec un tout petit espace de douche. La chasse d'eau des WC n'est pas assez puissante ( nécéssité de plusieurs chasses pour évacuer tout) et l'éclairage de la salle d'eau ne fonctionne pas bien ( la lampe ne s'allume pas ou clignote). L'extracteur d'air de la salle de bains fonctionne ( = fait du bruit), mais apparement d'extrait pas d'air : l'air humide stagne dans la salle de bains. La chambre est à l'étage mais la salle de bains est au rez de chaussée ( avec escalier en hélice très étroit et très raide pour monter et descendre), la disposition est inconfortable. Les fenêtres de la pièce principale donnent sur la cour, sur l'espace à containers poubelles de l'immeuble ( les containers poubelles sont juste devant la fenêtre du salon). Bref, l'ensemble est d'un confort tout à fait insuffisant pour le prix.

Lage ist perfekt! Sauberkeit katastrophal.Dusche ist voller Schimmel.Appartement auf Hinterhof mit Aussicht auf Mülltonnen.Von gegenüberliegendem Haus helles Licht bis morgens um halb 2+das jede Nacht.Daher taghell im Schlafzimmer.Nie wieder!
