Very nice experience while staying here. Our private room was spotless and had a lovely bed and shower. The employees were very friendly, especially when check-in began early. The location is excellent. The center of Miraflores is not too far away by foot.

Throughout our trip in Peru, we stayed at this hotel three times. We stayed three times in this hotel. We stayed in suite I once because it was a price increase due to the fact that we paid for a standard room and twice as many standard rooms. Our accommodations were all clean, but the furnishings were rather dated. The bathroom had a bidet and basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. We were lucky to have rooms on the lower floor because the windows are old and thin, so the street noise wasn't a problem for us, but I suppose if we had a room on a lower floor, this would have been a significant issue. The rooms were hot, and we had to request a fan because the air conditioning never worked during the three days we spent at this hotel. This is something I do not accept from a hotel that awards itself three stars, given that it was summer and that the weather was hot even at night. Breakfast was awful. In any case, the hotel has a large private parking space, which is crucial in a city like Lima. The staff was helpful and friendly. Even if the surrounding area at night doesn't appear to be particularly safe, the location is good, central, and close to Plaza San Martin.

I stayed at this hotel in the middle of Miraflores. The hotel is constructed in the colonial period, but the room condition is very clean and looks well-maintained. The receptionist is named Sir Sandoval. And then, they also speak English very well and help us in our future trips. Definitely a place to stay in Peru. Hopefully I see you in Lima.

We stayed there for six days total. And, in my opinion, it was an amazing experience. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating, always ensuring that we were well-cared for and safe. Every day, the rooms were cleaned in a spotless bow, and I don't know how they did it, but they appeared to always make my bed so perfectly that you would always come home with a fresh towel on a wonderfully constructed bed. Very pleasant experience Service 147 was always accessible to help. Two ladies were employed there. One of them was a sweet and hard worker girl named Nathan. She generally worked on night shifts and had a good attitude towards it, so she never wanted more. She made sure our luggage was safe when it was time to move on to our next adventure. very kind and caring person and good worker. Thank you so much nathan for all your hard work. The last person was the proprietor, a very kind young man who was very considerate and caring, we chatted in some broken Spanish and English, and he made us an excellent papa smoothie too. He was also very kind. He was also working and cleaning, and I appreciate everything you did. Thank you for everything you did, especially the great people working for you and having us in a pleasant, safe place to stay for a few days or weeks while in Lima, Miraflores. Also

The building contractor, receptionist were very helpful and informative and also enjoyed the maid's kindness. The location in Miraflores was great and safe. The hotel is not suitable for those seeking quiet because there are schools nearby.

Would I recommend this hotel? I can tell you that you can find a better hotel for a better price! I was told before booking that it was an old colonial hotel and it didn't matter, what I didn't realize was the poor views all around and asked at other nicer hotels by Plaza de Compostela we ended up paying way too much at Santin riviera, but oh, too late. The room was ok, everything worked, but there was no safe box, there was nothing in the mini fridge not even water, service was barely there like people are simply working, only the maid was friendly so we tipped her. Wifi was very slow and unreliable. The included breakfast was also just ok, I can tell you exactly what they had because they didn't have much and it was almost the same every day because they only switched the potatoes for another the next day but oh well, we had breakfast and headed out on our daily mini adventure around the neighboring areas discovering new things to do, see, and eat of course! The hotel offers safe transportation to the airport which we greatly appreciated. I can say that you can find a better hotel for a better price!
