I had a great time staying at amadel residence and would like to stay longer. The location is very clean and nice, with savoring views from the balcony, and comfortable to live in. It is conveniently located near the makota parade making it convenient to explore the city of malacca. Not to mention that the host is also very friendly and kind.

This place is close to the historical areas, shopping malls, and makota hospitals. The location is near the city center of malacca. It has modern amenities. From the balcony, you can see the sea.

Ive stayed at amadel residence three times because it is so spotless. We could even sit on the balcony floor! Perfect for us who have dust allergies. Staying at an amabel residence is like being at home. The view is also fantastic, and when you get apartments facing Mahkota street, its never too dark or quiet at night. Very comfortable stay, with good sleep, we are always looking forward to returning to Melaka and staying at the amudel residence again! The kitchen has a cuckoo dispenser that serves both cold and hot water. Even the refrigerator is kept spotlessly clean. On top of that, the host is very kind and welcoming, she checks on us if there are any issues to ensure our stay is comfortable.

Saya akan kembali jika saya datang untuk berobat dengan keluarga. Ini adalah pertama kalinya saya mengunjungi Melaka untuk pengobatan dan mendapatkan apartemen ini karena bisa menampung banyak orang. Hostnya ramah dan menjelaskan semua detail tentang penggunaan elektronik. Yang paling penting apartemennya sangat bagus, terutama lantai 11 dengan balkon yang menghadap kota. Mungkin karena masih baru. Sedangkan untuk lantai 14, saya tidak terlalu suka dekorasi dan kamarnya hanya memiliki pemandangan laut yang bagus. Di depan apartemen sudah ada pusat perbelanjaan yang ramai. Namun, harga makanan di foodcourt mahal, sekitar 9- 10 rm. Lebih baik makan di mahkota hospital yang murah dan enak. Jalan kaki ke mall atau rumah sakit harus melalui pos satpam. Sebenarnya ada gerbang kecil yang dapat dibuka dengan kartu, tetapi tidak diberikan kartu oleh host. Sebaiknya host menyediakan satu kartu untuk satu kamar agar memudahkan akses keluar masuk apartemen. Saya akan kembali jika datang untuk berobat dengan keluarga saya.

This location was ideal for our group of five, which perfectly suited our requirements. It was spacious, spotless, had more than enough beds to sleep on, and ours was the smallest unit. The owner, sane, is a very sincere individual who constantly makes sure his visitors have stayed comfortably. Additionally, the location is excellent for tourists. A Famosa/Stadhuys can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes from makhhota parade, an enormous mall across the street. If you choose to travel by car, this proximity also means that taxi rates are quite affordable.

I will return the following year. Strongly advised! Large, spotless home, excellent service from the host, mr. Sean. There is parking available, so you dont have to worry where to park your car and there is also a security guard on duty. The house is situated on st. On the top floor, thus the balcony offers stunning views.

I strongly recommend visiting this place. My familys manager was really kind, and the hospitality here is excellent. The room we reserved was immaculately clean and in excellent condition. Our onenight stay was enjoyable. Because everything was within walking distance, the location is ideal.

In 2023, my family went back for our christmas vacation because we remembered the Amadel residences excellent, spotless, and wellkept location. This time, it didnt let us down either. Sean, on the other hand, was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. We relished the cozy, cozy feel of a 'home away from home' at amadel Residence.

We will undoubtedly return! Spend the remaining time in harairaya with my inlaws at amadel residence. The service was firstrate! The proprietor is incredibly cordial and attentive to our requests. There are enough rooms, halls, and kitchens to accommodate 10 people. Mahkota parade and dataran pahlawan are both within walking distance. Its a breathtaking view of the city. I appreciate your wonderful hospitality!.

I would definitely stay at amadel residence again. I couldnt have asked for a better recommendation for this apartment. The location is excellent, everything was perfect, the unit was immaculately clean. A huge plus is the cuckoo drinking water dispenser, and the television has hundreds of channels and idol app for free wifi. San, our owner, was incredibly accommodating and kind. Apartments are ideal for large families or groups of friends up to 8 people. This is not the last time ive been to malacca, but ill be returning to amabel residence.

This is not my first time staying at amadel residence. Always looking forward to their residence whenever we are in Melaka. We stayed in an 8bed room for a group of six people. The smallest they can offer. And the price for our twonight stay was extremely low! You wont find such prices anywhere, especially in hotels. Additionally, you dont get these amenities. Free wifi rooms are immaculately clean, roomy, and have very comfortable beds. Beautifully designed attached toilets in the rooms. With eattables, high chairs, cozy sofas and dining and living areas, the dining area and lounge area are spacious. I adore the kitchen! Everything is so spotless. Large fridge, hot or cold water dispenser, astonishingly, tap water runs on filters, etc. Service balcony with laundry machine. Safety feature on the main door. Feel secure and can sleep soundly.
