The location is fantastic, in short, I can't say enough good things about the location and the affordable value of this hotel's location. The reception area is so tidy and welcoming. I think the concept of a mini supermarket inside was a wonderful idea. Despite that, I felt the hotel had few flaws. Among the bathroom fixtures, most of the fixtures are either lost or damaged. sanitary towel holders, bath plugs, etc. are both broken or loose. When I arrived, I was told that the satellite had just been updated and that all of the channels would be working. Although the bed was on wheels, which meant it moved during the night, I'm used to German beds two beds pushing together to make a king. In order to prevent this from happening, one could sleep better. Would I return? Yes, but with fewer expectations of high quality and high finishes.4,6/56 Agt 2023

The rooms are clean and very comfortable and the staff is amazing. Emilio and his colleague at reception go above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast is extensive and dinner is tasty. The chef cooked a special kid friendly meal for my son and gluten free for my mother. Booking included a city ticket which made it easy to get around dressed. We very enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting dressed.4,2/519 Jul 2023

This place deserves to be named employee of the month because of him. Although this hotel was as anticipated for a four-star rating, it was clean, comfortable, conveniently located, and served nice food. However, Bernard Weber, a front-of-the-office employee, provided outstanding service. I had unexpectedly a minor medical emergency that required immediate treatment on my first day of stay. I needed guidance and help since I was a non-German-speaking foreigner traveling for the first time. Bernard Weber helped me by easing all issues and difficulties with compassion and efficiency. He checked up on me afterward to make sure that everything was resolved. He is a strength for this company and deserves to be named an employee of the month.4,6/53 Mar 2023

This hotel has good facilities. I would suggest this hotel, which comes highly recommended. Late cancellation of booking, so check the price on the day of arrival if it might be 10 cheaper. Fast and stable wifi. Parking outside with plenty of space. The room is small but clean, and there is no smell, warm interior in January 2019.4,6/513 Feb 2023

We chose this hotel due to it's strategic location, which is easy to get from the highway yet not too close to the city. On the ground floor, the rooms were comparatively spacious. Parking for a car. Breakfast was tasty. We ate dinner here and while the food was good, there were only limited menu choices due to the small size of the kitchen. The service was outstanding. We stayed for two nights, traveled to prague via train for one night, and then returned for one more night. To see what compensation had been done following the Wwe bombing, we visited the old town of dressed. It is lovely. To get there from our hotel, you should take a short bus and a short commuter train ride.4,4/56 Feb 2023

We arrived at the hotel to be let down after a long drive from Berlin and stopping at Cordite castle on the way. We were hoping for a hot drink but were told the hotel lacks sufficient staff to open the bar. Even worse would happen. We had not reserved a table and were unable to eat there as well. Thinking on our feet, we attempted to make a reservation for the following evening. That was also closed for us because the hotel was staging a wedding. We accept there were no reservations made because guests normally find it unnecessary. If those are the hotels rules, they should be made clear at the time of booking or at least in a timely manner before the visit. Our accommodations were good. They were situated in a separate block from the main house and were extremely clean and comfortable but not very large. Unfortunately, the hotel is situated in extensive grounds that have not been maintained in recent months, so features are lost in the long grass and undergrowth. Parking is ad hoc and may not be close to your room. Overall, a disappointing stay from our point of view.4,8/527 Jan 2023

The spectacular residence on the riverside is another area that is definitely worth exploring. We took in the breathtaking scenery from the restaurant and terrace on dressed and the river. Although the Kavaliershaus rooms do not face the river, they are quite comfortable, modern furnished, and as spotless as you would anticipate. There is plenty of space to hang out in the expansive park. A camellia tree that is not nearly as large as the one in Pillnitz is protected in the greenhouse, which is also impressive. The location of this hotel is in a quiet area, yet convenient for public transportation. The staff is very helpful. It has free parking and a washing machine facility. I got a free transfer. Located only 1 am from the city center and Central Railway Station, so you can easily walk to the city center.4,6/521 Nov 2022

Excellent personnel, lovely accommodations, and amenities. Simple booking and check-out. We arrived in the morning and were given a much earlier room rate. They let us store our luggage until we were ready to leave after we checked out. The location had a lovely church that was lovely to look at right outside our window. I have signed up for their membership card and will look for this hotel chain when I make reservations in other nations. There was also a steam room and sauna, as well as a concession space where you could pay for necessities with a credit card. Lovely coffee and bottled water are also included!.4,6/519 Nov 2022

I spent one night here with my family. The hotel is not far from the old town. The rooms were clean but fairly small. Breakfast was tasty but the waiter could not clean up the tables on time for new guests. The price is quite high when compared to the price we paid in Berlin in a 4 star hotel, but maybe it was due to the coming christmas season.
