This hotel is ideal for our family. We got a really large room for our family of five. There are extra blankets and the couch folds out into a bed. I particularly liked the large bathroom. It is clean and comfortable. The customer service was great.4,6/54 Jul 2023

Very nice! If you're not carrying bags, you can easily walk from the airport. All the staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, and helpful. I appreciated and had an amazing little private balcony. Nice breakfast and an attractive location to sit by the pool if you so inclined. The apartment was clean, however the balcony area wasn't occupied, but that was OK. I simply wanted to unwind and enjoy the fresh air. I usually choose more upscale hotels, but this one was truly lovely after a long journey!.4,4/527 Mei 2023

It was a beautiful hotel close to the airport. Surprisingly, I can't recall hearing an airplane during the three nights we stayed. Although older, it is still wellkept. We were in a room with a pool view. That has both advantages and disadvantages, I'm sure. No one used the pool the first couple of nights, but on the third, a Saturday night, everyone wanted to swim. The area was echoing, which was uncomfortable. My husband says that we felt a little claustrophobia because we couldn't see outside. However, the hotel was close to Abs best pizza lions and there are numerous bars and fast food nearby.5,0/512 Apr 2023

I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to sleep. All the complaints aside from the fact that I wished for a hot meal for breakfast, the evening soup and salad were really good. Also, the front desk clerk was kind to my children and I. The best Western Airport Albuquerque hotel was affordable, convenient, clean, and had very nice helpful staff. It was great that an airport shuttle was available every 30 minutes! The breakfast was tasty and had a wide variety.4,4/518 Feb 2023

At first glance, this motel appears attractive. The entrance is striking, the firstfloor bistro, which sadly closed on a Monday night, has a nice appearance, is contemporary, and cosy. However, once you get inside the hotels main area, the hallway flooring is worn, the interior design is outdated, and the elevator is cramped and unattractive. Except that I use a walker and we had a wheelchair on our luggage cart, and we were placed almost at the extreme end of the second floor, it wasnt our responsibility for not specifically asking for a handicap accessible room, but the hotel was nearly occupied, and this shouldnt have occurred. Even though the room itself was good and the beds are comfy, everything appears a little outdated. The shower was filthy, and the carpet chair in the room had a black streak on one arm. It literally appeared to have been dumped in it. The bathroom is so small that the door leads directly into the toilet. These were advantages because the hotel is less than five minutes from the airport and an applebees are both within walking distance. Since we are frequent Marriott users, my husband used points to make this hotel reservation. Therefore, Id probably choose something else the next time I visit.4,4/58 Feb 2023

This room is cozy with a king-size bed and a jetted bathtub with a fireplace. I simply inquired if an upgrade was available. This place is wonderful, with a market that provides a microwave if you prefer and a comfortable sitting area where you can sit and eat.4,2/522 Jan 2023

The rooms are very nice and very well done. They are spacious, clean and very well kept. The area is so dry, they even provide a humidifier. The people were also great, very friendly, helpful and very nice. And the location is great. It's worth everything you want in the area, including amazing restaurants, galleries and shops and a gentle veto if your into cycling. We also had a private dinner with them, which they did amazingly well. The food was excellent, and the wine paring was really well done creative and delicious.4,6/519 Jan 2023

Overall, our time at the hotel was wonderful. The hotel's position right off the main square is ideal. The furnishings and bedding were also beautiful. I think it's typical of a historic location in that setting for the hotel to feel crammed with space. But the rooms are small, there are not many places to sit, and there are not many extra amenities. For example, a possible change that the hotel could have made was to make one of the living areas more pleasant with drinks and tiny snacks. But it didn't offer anything. We did have a great Tequila tasting with the drinks manager, please forgive me I forgot his name. Really informative and enjoyable. He always checked in to us after we visited him later on the trip, and he was so kind. This experience definitely made our trip unique and makes us want to return to this hotel again!.4,6/51 Des 2022

I was caught up in the Southwest Airlines meltdown over christmas and stayed here until I was able to get a flight out two days later. I found out I was stuck about three hours before my flight Christmas eve. I was able to book on my phone easily. The hotel is in a fantastic position for airport stay. The airport, Portland aft, or Sandy are all nearby. The rooms are lovely and well-equipped. The bed is comfortable, the room has a large to, the views are good, and the workspace is clean. The internet is good. The room is nice and well-equipped. If you have luggage, they provide an ongoing shuttle service. If you have it, they offer a constant shuttle service. If you have a car, they also have reasonably cheap parking. It is not too far from the old town. The Sandra tram and Ski area are not too far away, though other hotels are close. The east side of the room, on top of the hilltop, offers spectacular views of the mountains and the airport. Check the source in the room if your to has no signal, check. It ought to be one of the hemi ports. Before I realized the problem, I spent a great amount of time moving cables around.4,6/527 Sep 2022

Nothing negative about this hotel, but not as pleasant as most of the courtyards we stay in. The room was clean. It took some time to check in with only one receptionist. Despite being in an older hotel, this place is wellkept. Even though we stayed 3 nights, I cant recall hearing an airplane. There are, I think, pros and disadvantages to this one. We stayed in a room with a view of the pool. Everyone wanted to swim on the third night, a Saturday night, despite not using the pool the first few nights. It was annoying because the area was echoing. Because we could not see outside, my husband says the atmosphere was a little claustrophobia. All in all, the location is very dirty and outdated, but if you need just a quick and convenient place to stay itll do for a night. I want to start by saying that the gentleman who checked us in when we arrived was absolutely excellent. I have forgotten his name, but he was so friendly and helpful! He was the shining light for this visit and deserves high praise. However, given the high ratings, this stay wasnt what I expected. It is extremely clear that this hotel is older. Which is perfectly fine, but there are several things management can do to diminish some of the aging. The room was very dark and dirty, the hallways were dingy and poorly lit, and maintenance was lacking. The ceiling had been repainted with what appeared to be pearlescent spray paint and the walls were scuffed everywhere and had strange things all over the place. The desk and walls were severely snatched up without any indication that it would be difficult to correct them. The bed covers were covered in stains and the floor was also stained. The bathroom floors looked like they hadnt been cleaned and had mysterious sticky spots on them, the tub dingy and questionable, the walls had not only kept mysterious substances on them, but they had water damage that hadnt been repaired. The bedroom ceiling was covered in dust bunnies that could have easily been swept away by housekeeping.4,6/515 Mei 2022

We have spent three excellent nights at the hotel with our family, including two young girls. Everyone on staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Shout out to ken, the night manager, diego, the restaurant waiter, john, the food beverage manager, and roosevelt, the inn manager. Everyone made sure we were fully satisfied with our stay. The setting is ideal, near the town square and close enough to talk about town, including Canyon Road. The decor at the inn is incredibly relaxing and southwestern. We loved the tiny room beside the library, where we could gather with our family every day for some great family time. The entire atmosphere was calm. Santa Fe is precisely depicted in the hotel! I highly recommend this hotel, I definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. We booked a really spacious room for our family of five. There are extra blankets, and the sofa folds into a bed. I like the spacious bathroom. It is clean and comfortable. The service from the employees was also excellent.
