Pas check ini tenyata tidak bisa pakai kode booking dari tiket.com karena ada kode booking dari hotel yang harusnya kita terima tapi kita belum dapatkan email tersebut, untungnya ada 1 staf (english speaking) yang bantu kita untuk check ini. Sesuai jadwal jam 3 kita bisa check in. Surprisingly welcome drinknya local beer Koln dan beberapa softdrink lain yg bisa kita ambil. Kamarnya besar dan bersih, toiletnya juga bersih punya panoramic window, cukup lega untuk keluarga dan taro koper, walaupun gak ada lemari ataupun compartment besar. Mereka cuma kasi universal shower gel + sampo, tidak ada toothbrush. Untuk breakfast mereka punya cafe di lobby yang buka sesuai jadwal. Disekitarnya banyak pilihan resto enak dan supermarket semuanya bisa ditempuh dengan jalan kaki. So far kita dan anak-anak happy menginap disini

The hotel was quite affordable for a family of four. I recently stayed three nights here. The hotel is in a wonderful position, just a 10-minute walk from the cathedral. Very close to evening bars and eateries. The breakfast was excellent and varied. The employee was friendly and the check-in process was quick. We stayed in a big duplex apartment. It was tidy and well-kept, though it had four flights of stairs, which shouldn't be a problem for anyone who is supposedly fit. The only reason it is that the rubbish pillows and the lack of a kettle or glass in the room for a drink of water don't deserve five stars.

I appreciate your generosity. On so many levels, Ive stayed in many hotels, but this hostel falls far short on so many fronts. Nothing is too much trouble, and the employees are so cordial and helpful. There is a fridge where you can buy drinks and a prudence policy when the front desk is closed. I am a 59yearold man who uses my wifes account, but I did not feel out of place. I had reserved a bed in a dorm, but the young man at the front desk informed me that a single room would be complimentary if I wanted an upgrade, which was quite kind. The whole hostel deserves it to be praised for cleanliness. Each room had a theme, including one that featured a boat. The bed was made from a boat and had a standard chair and a desk. The mattress was really clean, and the linens were clean. There is a lively bar downstairs, which is advantageous because you dont have to venture out on wet nights like I did. However, since the front desk is on level 4 and my room was on level 6, you cannot hear the bar. I only stayed for a short period because I had a plane to take and needed to sleep for a few hours. The location is ideal for moving around either on foot or using public transport. I wish I had stayed longer, I would

One of the best locations! I have friends who have lived in Köln for a while and this hostel is closest to the railway station. The rooms are also spacious, the price is usually low, and there is a cute bar and lounge downstairs. However, the bathrooms were absolutely disasters toilet paper rolls everywhere, clogged toilets, and garbage in the showers. Free parking was available but very distant. Parking on the street is available for an outrageous fee.

This hotel is ideally located for exploring the Altstadt in Köln. The rooms were good, if a little too warm at times, they are roomy. Breakfast was delicious. The staff was very friendly and attentive, even letting us store our bags after checkout. I stayed for 4 days. One day with no cleaning, even if that's probably just me sleeping the next day.

I would undoubtedly return and definately stay there again. The morning's check-in had to take five minutes after I checked in online. They emailed the electronic key, which could not have been easier! The most stress-free check-in ever. If you prefer, you can pick up the standard key cards, making it simple to do this yourself on the iPhone the lobby room is absolutely stunning. The bathroom panorama can be turned off for privacy, which is great. Great air conditioning. There are shared beds in the world! Small issue Our room wasn't maintained at all when we stayed for three nights, and I believe it was scheduled to be inspected once during our stay. However, a quick phone call to a website number brought towels and toilet paper to the room in less than five minutes. Furthermore, there was a safety issue, which was resolved by someone coming up to the room within five minutes even though it was 11 p. M. As a result, there is clearly someone on call and issues are promptly resolved. It would be simpler if visitors could WhatsApp. Breakfast is very reasonably priced, with all of juice 2, coffee 2, 2, 50, a small selection of rolls and pastries once more. There are refrigerators with drinks and a truth boxcar reader for other times when you need refreshments. On-site, there are free lockers that are big enough for a small hand luggage

We thought someone was waiting for us to check in a matter of minutes. When we got there at around 22:30, we found the door was closed, we rang the bell, but nobody answered. We then attempted to call the hotel emergency number, but no one answered. Worried about the situation, it was night and we were on the street without any accommodation. We then went to the restaurant next to the hotel entrance and fortunately we found a girl who was very kind to help us. She also tried to call the emergency number without success. After 5 calls, finally someone answered the phone, but unfortunately she couldn't speak English. Sadly, I don't speak German, so I gave the phone to the girl in the restaurant who talked to the girl from the hotel emergency number. She said our code was 88, but neither of us nor the restaurant girl could find a pin pad to type this pin. Fortunately, he changed our room. When we walked into the room, we noticed it wasn't very clean and the bathroom was even worse. We asked for check out at 1800 and expected a positive answer, but the receptionist said we had to contact the boss. After a couple of hours, we asked again, and she said we would have to wait for his answer tomorrow morning. The next day, the late checkout was denied because the cleaning staff had to clean? It was a lovely hotel. A really great place to stay. The room was pretty spacious, clean, and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff was great! If you go in December to Christmas markets it's a bit of a walk. Many construction across the street that kind of ruins the aesthetic. Overall, would definitely stay there again!.
