Great location, when you need to get to catch the morning flight, just minutes walk. Friendly staff, the room was clean, good ambience.

The hotel is about a 10-and-a-half-minute walk from the copenhagen airport. We made a reservation to have a baby bed, but when we arrived, there was only the standard sofa-sized extra bed, but no baby bed. The explanation was that logically two children could fit in the extra bed, right? Yes, but a two-year-old kid doesn't stay there all night and falls to the floor without fencing! Why do they request bed preference in their booking system if they don't read or believe it? They did, however, bring it when I went downstairs to ask for it. The sheets were thick with black hairs. Perhaps they should check the procedures with their laundry firm. A beautiful view from the window is that you can see planes landing and a large bridge out on the sea! Breakfast is average. Many food labels are lost or mixed up. But the breakfast room was cozy.

I was so disappointed with this hotel because the food was so delicious and the location was so strategic and convenient. The food is ok, especially for the shuttle bus but on weekends the shuttle bus is not available. I tried to have dinner there but the waiter insisted on letting me wait and stand in that exact spot before he could get me a seat and he left, despite the fact that the system close to the hotel gave the shuttle bus to the airport.

Before returning to the states, my family stayed in copenhagen for 24 hours. The motel was in a wonderful location. We had an amazing view of the sea. The hotel was contemporary and spotless. The staff was excellent. It was within walking distance of the metro, making it extremely convenient to travel to the airport and downtown. Due to its business-class status, the rooms were only on the tiny side but extremely pleasant. The cost was reasonable for the stay. Anyone searching for a practical hotel to stay in while in Copenhagen should definitely stay at this motel.

I just left the hotel I stayed there with my girlfriend for two days everything was really good and clean the food so nice and so many choices especially for breakfast indoors pool opens two times daily and is good really romantic also outside is cold and we are inside in hot water. They have massage, gym, sauna and much more that is not included in the room rate but worth if you are already there. The cheapest in whole scandinavian I have not received massage for less and actually because I mentioned prices the price isn't so expensive for the service you get back behind the hotel, is the aquarium, the seaside, sky at the hotel, the restaurant, limited garage parking but lots in the area I believe the parking lots are more than hotel guests can have in a day. Parking fees are not included in the room price but parking is not that expensive. McDonald's Circle I and Getto are less than 1 am away and coming from Sweden is just in the first exit of the highway so it's easy to find. I will be back in copenhagen in February for work this time, and I already know where I will be.
