My husband had some work to do at hsinchu and we were later bringing the kids to the leofoo theme park. Excellent value for the money. However, the location was not. It was close to the local railway station, making it ideal for those business trips. Our active kids can easily use the spacious accommodations. However, even when the couple was sparring, you could find the room next door and the same active kids here. The night receptionist was chilly, but she was able to help us order a taxi to downtown. But, what annoyed me was that breakfast awaited until a certain hour, which was typical of other hotels.

The room was great and the bed was very comfortable. Every detail is perfectly thought out, like bath salt, razors, stationary and even a printer. Breakfast is quite rich but for Europeans it may not be as tempting as a luxury European hotel.

It's worth the price but it's still worth the cleanliness of the hotel. The room decoration has a very good taste, it's also very clean. The rooms are also modern and neat. The staff is also very friendly and spoke English well. This is a nice hotel.

I spent around 50 days at Sheratons Hsinchu, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is contemporary and immaculately clean. The rooms are roomy and opulent. The service is excellent, and the personnel is kind. The breakfast spread can be a little monotonous if you stay for extended periods, but that's me to blame. There are numerous locations close by where you can explore and sample new cuisine. There are also a couple of canals nearby that are pleasant to stroll beside. Sheratons usually has many guests as part of bus trips, so it can be very difficult to check in or out after such a bus arrives. Tip Request an east wing room that faces the road rather than the west wing. The her line and the mountains can be seen in the distance.

The manager apologized clearly and properly during the room change, but she did a fantastic job. I was unhappy, dissatisfied, and the hotel did not merit its reputation, standards, or pricing. Fair and objectively, a well-located, spacious, lovely rooms, and comfy mattresses are all excellent. All the basic things are excellent. My visit was depressing because of the poor service. The room was a dirty, smokey room that lasted for 30 minutes to check. The room's relocation went without a hitch and she did a decent job. I was informed that there would not be room service due to a staff shortage at check-in. A Sheratons experience where you just rent a room? Yes, in fact. This has never occurred to me. The fact that it was indicated with an eco label to save natural resources was the most difficult part. This is pure greed. If you have not enough staff, you should keep fewer rooms to maintain the standard your guests must pay for and might anticipate. Instead, you charge premium rates and expect your guests to tidy up their room. Breakfast was a complete disaster. No place, no empty dishes, no glasses, or silverware. Consequently, groups of guests buy drinks at eleven and enjoy their evenings in the foyer. It reminded me of my days of backpacking in hostels. Breakfast was a complete disaster

There isn't much to say about this hotel other than it's classic Sheraton's business-style hotel. I reserve the deluxe corner room, which has plenty of space. Bathroom and shower large, with comfortable beds, are my only criticisms. There isn't much in the minibar despite being close to a convenience store. Curtains near the study and bar can be difficult to remove. The room may be dim with insufficient light. There is also not much in Hsinchu in general. I was just here to meet my friends, and sheraton's seems to be the best in Hsinchu city.

This hotel is very good value for money, with nice spacious and clean rooms, and very good facilities. There is a water dispenser in each room with coffee and tea sachets. The internet connection was pretty good. The staff is helpful and friendly. They helped arrange a taxi whenever needed.

We stayed at this place for 3 nights and it was amazing. The service was amazing and the staff were very attentive and responsive. The condition of the property was very good and well maintained. All the food was nice and presented in a very well-kept manner. A great location to experience the cuisine and culture.

We made a reservation for an additional room for our friends to meet up with our young kids in the same location. My goodness, the front desk was helpful. Nick had excellent character and memory. Although we all wore masks, he still recalled everyone we upgraded to a Marriott platinum suite. The apartment was adequate in size and big enough for several adults and families to have fun together. The kids' club was an enjoyable place for our children, but the pool wasn't very large. The hotel is well-known for its kids' club, and while our kids had a blast in the club, the pool wasn't large. Even though children aren't permitted to access the lounge, we were unable to enter it because it is limited to individuals under the age of 18. They could not bring fruit or dessert for them, either. Breakfast is outstanding and varied! The fact that guests might choose not to eat at restaurants, which is much simpler, might be taken away if visitors choose not to do so. Parking is just a short distance away and the high-speed train and stores are also close to it. For our trip to Taiwan, I would love to use this hotel once more.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Also, it is cost-effective!. Not too small, but not too large. Its location near the highway, making it can be noisy during high traffic hours. The receptionist and staff were extremely friendly and helpful to me, who did not speak a word of Taiwanese Mandarin. They offer a joint service with a taxi transportation company, who can accommodate your travels to Hsinchu. In addition, they can assist you with your transfer from the hotel to the airport. Breakfast was a basic Taiwanese breakfast with bread and a variety of other items. The breakfast hall is on be, and the same level houses a small business meeting and a mini gym.

Overall, a decent hotel stay, I'll look for another hotel if I return to Hsinchu. This is a very average stay. I didn't have high hopes because I was reading the poor evaluations. Despite my prior reservations with Papplication, for some reason, they asked my credit card to be used to make the payment on arrival, unlike other choices I had made in the past. I was uneasy because I always made the purchase in advance. However, it was stated that the invoice needed to be paid on arrival after looking at my confirmation email. Although I didn't have a credit card, they were able to process the transaction with my consent. Compare the hotel's costs to those in other hotels in Hsinchu because it was about a 3-minute walk from a train station and not too far from the heart of Hsinchu. The hotel appeared to be renovating. The rooms were roomy, not old or modern, and generally tidy. Breakfast was missing.

I give an average of 2. I suggest you do not have high expectations for those who choose this hotel. I will give a score of 2 out of 5. As I recall previous reviews, I am in agreement with some of the comments. Most likely is worth the money, the location is fantastic, zhubei train station is around 3 minutes away, and the reception staff is friendly and helpful. We stayed at this hotel because my husband had work here and the hotel is about 5 minutes by car from his work place. Also, you can tell that many locals will also stay here because of the inexpensive price. One thing I have to point out is that given a nice location, they ought to have improved their housekeeping. They ought to offer some training for their staff. As I can be seen, I don't see anything positive about their housekeeping. You can smell cigarette smoke, to the console is dusty, and the floor is not vacuumed unless you notify them. When you go up to their laundry area, you will notice that the area is completely filthy and filthy, but I have no choice and must endure it for a month. I occasionally have a body itch after sleeping. Then we will check out and stayed in Taipei and Taichung to spend the remainder of our stay at a better hotel. If it's a business trip, I think

The place is perfect if you want to relax and get more insight into Taiwanese culture and history, in my opinion this is a first time visiting, I will come back. It's also my first time visiting, slowly walking by the bridges and rivers will help us to get out of our stresses. The food at lunch is decent and balanced. will definitely come again someday.

Highly recommended if you're visiting Taiwan and looking for something different to do, like a night market or city tour. The retreat was only 30 years old, recently renovated, and managed by one team. The resort only has 20 villa-style rooms with amenities of top-notch international standards. It's only 30 minutes by taxi from Hsinchu Her Station, which is quite convenient for taxis down from Taipei. The hotel provides a complimentary tour in which the staff will tell you the stories of Mandarin architecture and design. The stories definitely enhanced our stay experience. Dinner is included on arrival day and breakfast on the next day. The food was delicious, with local flavors, as well as international presentation and taste. The service was also very attentive, the young staff are eager to assist, and they are also warm and welcoming.

I and my boyfriend went on romantic getaways here, and we were both impressed by the location! The rooms were of top-notch quality, with a touch of the Orient. The garden and buildings are all in a proper Chinese style and are in excellent condition. The service and set menu were both excellent. The chinese garden was beautiful and the view of fish and birds was very relaxing. It was also really romantic to stroll the hotel grounds after dinner. We had a wonderful time there!.
