The accommodation itself was great, but the check-in experience left something to be desired. When I approached the reception desk, the staff member simply looked at me without greeting me or asking how he could help. I had to initiate the conversation myself by saying that I had a reservation and handing over my passport. He took my passport without saying a thing. Throughout the check-in process, communication was minimal. He requested the second passport, and asked me to sign the check-in form. When he asked whether I had an Accor account, I replied that I thought I did, as I had registered a long time ago. His response, “You think so?”, came across as somewhat dismissive. Fortunately, I was able to locate my account, although I had forgotten my password. What stood out to me was that after a few other guests arrived and queued behind us, he seemed noticeably more animated and friendly in his interactions with them. This may have simply been my impression, but compared with our own check-in experience, it made us feel less welcome than we had expected. That being said, we appreciated being allowed to check in early. Later in the evening, another receptionist was on duty and was polite and respectful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I only wish the welcome at check-in had been a little warmer.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a generally pleasant experience, but there were a few things that could be improved. Location & Surroundings One of the best things about this hotel is its convenient location near the central station. This makes it easy to access public transportation, and there are also plenty of food options nearby, ranging from casual eateries to restaurants. Check-in Process One downside is the self-check-in process. The reception closes in the evening, so guests have to check in using a self-service machine at the gate. While this system is practical, it was not mentioned during the booking process, which led to some confusion upon arrival. Clearer instructions beforehand would have made the process smoother. Facilities & Comfort The hotel provides complete facilities, making the stay more convenient. The room includes a Smart TV and kitchen utensils, which is great for those who prefer to cook. While a microwave is not available, there is a stove, which is a useful alternative. The bathroom is spacious, providing enough room to move comfortably, and the room itself is quite big, making it feel more relaxing compared to other compact hotel rooms. Final Thoughts Overall, this hotel offers good value for money with its strategic location, spacious rooms, and well-equipped facilities. However, the lack of prior information about the self-check-in process was an inconvenience. If the hotel improves communication regarding this, it would be an even better option for travelers looking for a comfortable stay near the central station.

Checkin checkout mudah. Hotelnya deket banget sama Central station. Sama tram station juga deket. Dapet welcome drink.. Welcome drinknya gak cuma soft drink tapi bisa wine sama cocktail juga. Keren banget lah hotelnya. Rekomended banget!

Saat baca review di Go**le sempat khawatir karena lebih cenderung ke pengalaman buruk selama menginap, tapi saat sampai ternyata di luar expektasi. Tempatnya bersih, staff pelayanan ramah bahkan saya dapat kamar dengan full furnish. Letaknya di tengah kota, akses ke stasiun Wien Hauftbanhof hanya 5 menit jalan kaki. Next time, saya masih tetap ingin menginap di sini.
