Great central downtown location! Breakfast was outstanding. Highly recommend considering this property for your stay in Vancouver. Shout out to Won at the Gotham bar adjacent to the hotel for extending a nice welcome and making a terrific martini!

Breakfast was great. Special requests were accommodated. Staff were very friendly. I would have liked a hot plate to keep the food hot. Bed was comfortable Room had all necessities. Called taxis for you when needed. Location for me was good. A short walk to restaurants and the water. I have already booked my next stay.

We enjoyed the breakfast menu selection and the quality of the food was spot on as well as the staff team was very pleasant. The room was clean upon arival, but during our 7 day stay the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned and the toilet paper roll was not replenished. As there was a variety of coffee selection the tea selection only offered 2 options and wished there were more to select from since i am not a coffee drinker.

The staff was very welcoming. Room was clean, the bed comfortable, and breakfast excellent. Only a 10 minute walk to the Waterfront Station where we caught the train to the Airport. They get a strong A!

Other than the Grinch like elevator (3 times too small) the hotel was very nice, with great breakfast. Friendly staff, convenient to subway stations. Downtown!

Absolutely top notch in all regards! Well worth the price splurge. We were there three nights and this hotel absolutely made our trip! It’s very close to public transportation and downtown Vancouver attractions. It was a short Uber ride to get across the water to UBC and the museum there. Lots of good restaurants and right on this property was a very good restaurant called Gotham that again was well worth the price splurge for our first night. The full service included breakfast was something to look forward to every morning. The staff there were genuinely friendly and accommodating. Even though the menu was a little bit limited, that was OK because they let you rearrange some of the items to make your own order. Parking was very secure and we used the free EV charging for our EV automobile. I hardly recommend this hotel and cannot say enough good things about it!

Modern and spotless room. Friendly staff always helpful with directions or getting a softer pillow. Great location in downtown and with plenty of transportation options. Delicious breakfast with more friendly staff. It was a great stay, we loved it.

Hôtel top. Implanté au centre de Downtown à 20 m d’un métro. Restaurant topissime. Seul bémol : les petits déjeuners ne sont pas sous forme de buffet, mais sont excellents quand même

This is a wonderful property. The hotel is right downtown and close to everything we wanted to do. The hotel is clean, nice big room, the hotel staff is A++. And if you need anything special they will help you out with whatever you need. I'll certainly stay here again when I come to Vancouver

beautiful room very comfortable very clean, staff were very helpful advising us where to eat, breakfast was included but our flight was really early so we did not manage to have the breakfast. would highly recommend this hotel as location perfect everything was perfect

We had an excellent stay! The staff was warm and helpful. To be honest, I was blown away by breakfast--I'm use to cold cereal and sadness at hotel breakfast, so the complex and health-mindful breakfast was brilliant. Set us off on a good foot for our adventure. We will certainly remember it when we're back in the area!

I had a nice, quick stay at the St Regis. It’s in a great location, very central and walkable to many restaurants. The room is on the smaller side which is what you would expect from a boutique style hotel. Bed is comfortable and room is clean. The room rate included made to order breakfast which was a nice bonus.
