Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff that are very nice, friendly and attentive to you. The hotel is right on the corner so very convenient and close or walking distance to the station, gastown and not far from Chinatown. Plus other close by restaurants, bars, shops and market. The room is spacious, clean and very is functional. The parking garage is abit tricky since you have to get a remote from the hotel and parking within next door building and once you check out, they will have a staff open the door for you to get into the garage. They do have bakery, restaurant and a bar (I think) and we had breakfast there and it was great with also great service. Overall we had a wonderful, peaceful and enjoyable stay here. Will come back and stay here when I’m in town for sure.

Room was comfortable and clean. Juan at the front was extremely helpful and informative. Brent the helpful and joyous doorman was a delight to say hi to everyday. The free breakfast was good and a great amenity to have.

Un pequeño hotel, MUY bien ubicado, a unos pasos de una estación de metro. Tiene un café/panadería delicioso justo al lado y un steakhouse de buen calibre, también al lado. La habitación es ligeramente pequeña, pero suficiente para una familia de 4. El personal muy atento y con ganas de ayudar. Muy recomendable este hotelito!

The 2 big attractions at the St Regis are the staff and the breakfast. Both are worth the stay. In addition, the location in downtown Vancouver was perfect for us, offering easy walking to everywhere we needed to go. Little touches like chocolates on the pillow when we arrived were a nice addition. The parking is a bit odd, across an alley and under a building next door, but the security fob worked fine and there was plenty of parking. We were driving an EV and they even provided free access to an EV charger! We'll definitely stay here again on our next visit.

This hotel made our Vancouver experience wonderful. The room was modern and very clean, with a high-quality bathroom. The bed and sheets were extremely comfortable after long days out. The staff were very helpful and attentive, and some even spoke Spanish, which we really appreciated. The location is fantastic. We could easily walk out early in the morning for coffee—Nemesis, a top-rated café, is just 5 minutes away. We also felt safe going out late at night, with many restaurants nearby.

Loved having the free breakfast that has 3 different options. We were happy to have very secured parking that we could pay in cash at the end after using my card to hold it. Pro tip stop in front of the hotel (if you are driving) to get the parking pass then you can finish checking in after you've parked. There is robes for after you shower or you want to lounge in your room. Room service from the Gotham restaurant is available. We did not use that so can't say how good it was. The location is great. Right next to a subway/Metro and not to far from bus. If you forget something at home multiple stores are nearby like Dollarama, Winners, etc.. Multitude of nearby places to dine and the front desk staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and offer a map. We enjoyed having staff on hand for help with info on what bus to take, restaurant to eat at, or other attractions. We walked to Granville Island, Science World, Gastown (to see the steam clock) and the Vancouver Flea Market while there. We walked to the nearest bus station to take #19 to Stanley Park where we went to to Aquarium. We enjoyed the updated clean comfy rooms as well.

The building looks old from the outside, but it has lots of history. Our room was excellent. The staff were all excellent. Included breakfast was excellent. I was glad I booked this place.

Staff were so friendly. We arrived early and were just going to ask if they would hold our bags for us, but we actually got to check in early which was amazing!! This hotel was clean and in the perfect location to shopping, restaurants and more. We will definitely be coming back again!!

The hotel is in a great location in downtown, close to many local attractions. We were in town to see a hockey game at Rogers Arena, which was about a 10 min walk away. The staff was super pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. The room was a little small, but the amenities were great. Breakfast is included in the rate, and is cooked to order, and very delicious! I definitely would recommend this hotel, whether for business or leisure!

Room was amazing! Not very big but who needs a big room for one night. Very clean and comfortable! Staff was very helpful and attentive! The server at the Gotham might have been the best server I have ever had! I wish I could remember his name… Best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel and in travel a lot! Only complaint I have is that the area surrounding the hotel is very sketchy. Saw someone smoking crack, and he wouldn’t even share.
