For the weekend, we were in Madrid. What a fantastic place! However, the cleanliness of the rooms was quite good, and in a slightly updated design, especially in terms of cleanliness. The staff is very friendly and helpful when we have any query. A parking space is also available there. A short distance from the center, yet still within walking distance, so it is a good place for a late meal! We had a wonderful time there.

In August, my spouse and I stayed here for two nights. While there is a daily bus, it was a little more far from the city center than we had anticipated. If I recall correctly, a OH ticket cost approximately $4, and it took just 15 minutes to get there. To be honest, the first impression we had when we entered was a dismal one. The garden didn't appear to be like the one in the picture, but.. We decided not to make a judgment before proceeding. Breakfast was tasty, and the room was tidy. There are a ton of options. Plenty of croissants, cakes, ham, salami, cheese, fruits, coffee, and tea. That's all fine, though. We were very pleased to choose this hotel.

The breakfast staff was great as well! The cleanliness was good, but we only stayed for one night, but it was so clean, as it turns out, Alex was very helpful before we arrived at the hotel because we were unsure of the merits of the train or bus. After we checked in, he met our needs.

The room was full of mosquitoes. It was also so messy. The shower cabin was too small and poor. Parking is free and secure, WiFi is fast, tram to downtown station adjacent to the hotel. The room was spacious and the breakfast was tasty.

The hotel is in a good location and the staff is friendly, but the room's quality was the sole and biggest issue. It's definitely clean, but it has been poorly renovated. There is some paint on the walls that is nearly falling off, and some places have been tries to fix it badly. If you want to flush your toilet by pressing the button, you can't. The only way to flush it is to remove the whole lid and the water plug. Anyway, the breakfast is decent and plentiful, but do not expect anything luxurious for the price. It's fine if you're traveling to a concert or just need a place to sleep while you're here and aren't spending much time here.
