I really like this place. The hotel staff is the best Ive ever seen. Very hospitable, accommodating, and even running to assist visitors. Great room with a closet! The workout center is unbeatable with everything you require for any type of workout, with a stunning view of the city and the ocean. Nice indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi. The beach closure in May, despite the hot weather, was a major disappointment. All the surrounding beaches were closed as well. The outside pool was also closed. So nothing to do outside. The tea and coffee facilities in the room were one small thing I overlooked. Four dollars for each beverage is a lot. We ended up spending more for 1 meal per day than for the room itself.

I am glad I was in mercury. Everyone was wonderful, with beautiful services, eating at the highest level, and a beautiful view, with homes, services, and the treatment of the workers there at a higher level.

This place is recommended by all couples and families who want to share intimate peaceful moments with welcoming employees. Quite a place, and very friendly staff. The communication was perfect. Even though I was in Paris, they helped me make my parents' surprise a surprise, and they did everything in their power to make it so memorable for us. They handled every failure with professionalism and patience.

I have had one of the best weekends this year thanks to the very welcoming marching staff. Everyone was extremely lovely and willing to accommodate all my requests. The room was immaculately cleaned and I would recommend anyone try their international restaurant or pool fast cuisine. My journey was in every way fantastic. The high standards of the industry are very well respected. The food 9. 510 accommodations and amenities 910 service and personnel 1010 spa 6. 510 special thanks to the valets and room service teams.

Overall, we will never regret choosing the marching lagoon resort, and we will undoubtedly return. The best event I've ever had. Top professional staff. You can only see their grins, warm words, and commitment to your requirements. The hotel is spotless 247. The pool is spotless, the towels are brand new, and the service is excellent. Kids club is spotless, with a wide variety of games and activities, and amazing employees. You can keep your child there and make sure he is safe. Restaurant Top professional staff. Super clean, diverse cuisine. Top moroccan dishes and salads. They assisted me in delivering a birthday surprise to my advantage. A terrific music group we cherished. Safety and security we were always safe. We didn't need a safe box, all of our belongings were safe in the room. The front desk is the best, professional receptionist either on the morning or the evening shift.

The hotel is really a good one, actually the best one in the neighborhood. The rooms are big, clean and very comfortable. The food was amazing. The service was good in the bars, pool area, and restaurants. The only issues were the reception and the spa, we repeatedly contacted and the phone was not answered. The spa does not open until 12.00 p. M. And the information provided by reception was incorrect and caused us and the hotel a huge problem. The spa is understaffed and the spa is understaffed. The spa does not open until 12.00, and because there are no staff or clients who are not even staying at the hotel taking appointments, I missed a massage and a hangar. Which was a real shame. Be cautious when booking directly through the hotels website because it was unclear what is included in the offered packages.
