Refund
Refunds cannot be submitted for voluntary reason. We recommend that you submit for an Open Ticket.

Reschedule
- Reschedule fee will be waived
- Reschedule request in form of submission
- Fare differences and other additional charges (e.g. applicable taxes) will apply
- Submission is only valid for the same class or cabin.
- The newest flight must be made before / on 27 March 2022
- Rescheduling conditions are subject to each airline policies and availability
Reroute
- Submitting a re-route can be done while using the same airline
- Submissions are made at the related airlines
- Fare differences and other additional charges (e.g. applicable taxes) will apply
