Refund

Refund submission can be done without refund fee (full refund). Unused portion of the ticket is eligible for refund without penalty. 

 

Processing delays may apply due to current backlog, therefore we suggest you to submit an Open Ticket.

Reschedule

  • Reschedule/change fee will be waived
  • Any fare differential between original and new ticket must be paid by passenger
  • Waiver for reschedule/change fee permitted for one time only
  • This should be done before your original date of travel
  • Rescheduling conditions are subject to each airline policies and availability

 

Reroute
