Refund Rules: Normal regulation refund

Ticket Validity Period: Full refund

Ticket Purchase Date: On / before 19 March 2020
Flight Period: 20 March - 30 June 2020
Routes: Hongkong and Hanoi
Ticket Validity Period: Full refund

Ticket Purchase Date: On / before 6 March 2020
Flight Period: 6 March - 30 June 2020
Routes: Hongkong and Bangkok
Ticket Validity Period: Full refund

Other Condition:

* Waiver on cancellation and refund charges only applies to refund submitted within 60 days from the affected flight date.

Open Ticket

The conditions for submitting an Open Ticket are as follows:

Flight Period: 31 January and 30 June 2020
Routes: To/from Hongkong
Ticket Validity Period: 1 year from the initial ticket issuance

Ticket Purchase Date: On / before 6 March 2020
Flight Period: 6 March - 30 June 2020
Routes: Hongkong and Japan
Ticket Validity Period: 1 year from the initial ticket issuance

Ticket Purchase Date: On / before 6 March 2020
Flight Period: 6 March - 30 June 2020
Routes: Hongkong and Japan
Ticket Validity Period: 1 year from the initial ticket issuance

Ticket Purchase Date: On / before 6 March 2020
Flight Period: 6 March - 30 June 2020
Routes: Hongkong and Japan
Ticket Validity Period: 1 year from the initial ticket issuance

Other Conditions:

* Submissions are to be made on/before 30 June 2020 for travel with Hong Kong Airlines (HX) flight with a confirmed booking for arrival/departure/transit flights to/from Hong Kong between 31 January and 30 June 2020.
* Revised (new) travel date must be on or before 31 December 2020 and is subject to flight availability. In which case, the ticket expiry date will be adjusted accordingly.

How to do an Open Ticket:

If you want to submit an Open Ticket, please contact tiket.com with a statement such as an example below:

If the Open Ticket has been submitted to the tiket.com, then you have agreed with all the information contained on this page. tiket.com will immediately cancel your active flight schedule and will confirm this to you. The authority to use the ticket is entirely the responsibility of the passenger.

Reschedule

• Reschedule/change fee will be waived.
• Fare differences and other additional charges (e.g. applicable taxes) will apply
• Submissions are to be made on/before 30 June 2020 for travel with Hong Kong Airlines (HX) flight with a confirmed booking for arrival/departure/transit flights to/from Hong Kong between 31 January and 30 June 2020
• Revised (new) travel date must be on or before 31 December 2020 and is subject to flight availability. In which case, the ticket expiry date will be adjusted accordingly

Reroute

• Submitting a re-route can be done while using the same airline
• Submissions are made at the related airlines
• Reroute/change fee will be waived
• Fare differences and other additional charges (e.g. applicable taxes) will apply
• Submissions are to be made on/before 30 June 2020 for travel with Hong Kong Airlines (HX) flight with a confirmed booking for arrival/departure/transit flights to/from Hong Kong between 31 January and 30 June 2020
• Revised (new) travel date must be on or before 31 December 2020 and is subject to flight availability. In which case, the ticket expiry date will be adjusted accordingly
