Refund
Refund as per the airline's rules below:

Refund Rules: EMD / Travel Voucher
EMD / Travel Voucher Validity Period: Up to 1 year after the EMD / Travel Voucher issuance
Other Conditions:
* If passengers do a reissue, they will get a promo code of 30% after rebooking for further purchases through the airline or fill out a form on LOT.com
* EMD / Travel Vouchers are transferable on condition that they attach the initial ticket number and initial ticket owner to the PNR (reservation)
* If the new ticket value is lower than the EMD / Travel Voucher value, the rest that is not used will be returned in the form of an EMD / Travel Voucher back.
* EMD / Travel Vouchers cannot be cashed and can only be used as a payment method for future trips.

How to Apply for an EMD Issuance / Travel Voucher:
If you want to cancel the ticket and issue an EMD / Travel Voucher, contact tiket.com with a statement as below:
I agree to cancel and change to EMD / travel voucher with the following details:

Flight route :
If the cancellation and issuance of the EMD / Travel Voucher has been submitted to tiket.com, then you have agreed with all information contained on this page. Tiket.com will immediately cancel your active flight schedule and will confirm this to you. The authority to use the ticket is entirely the responsibility of the passenger.
Open Ticket
The conditions for submitting an Open Ticket are as follows:
Ticket Purchase Date: -
Flight Period: 15 March - 31 October 2020 (If there is cancellation from the airline)
Routes: All routes
Ticket Validity Period: 1 year after the initial ticket issuance
Other Condition:
* If passengers do a reissue, they will get a promo code of 30% after rebooking for further purchases through the airline or fill out a form on LOT.com
Ticket Purchase Date: On / before 31 October 2020
Flight Period: On / before 31 December 2020 (Voluntary Booking)
Routes: All routes
Ticket Validity Period: 31 December 2021
Other Conditions:
* Submissions must be made no later than 31 October 2020
* If passengers do a reissue, they will receive a 200 Polish New Zloty discount from the value of the fare difference. If the fare difference is less than the 200 Polish Zloty Bonus - the remaining bonus amount cannot be cashed into the Passenger.
How to do an Open Ticket:
If you want to submit an Open Ticket, please contact tiket.com with a statement such as an example below:

Reschedule
The following are rescheduling provisions from LOT Polish Airlines:

- Fare differences and other additional charges (e.g. applicable taxes) will apply
- This should be done within one year since the original ticket purchase permitted rerouting
- Rerouting to flights LO8000-8999 not permitted unless authorized by the airline
