The policies in effect during the refund application process are based on airline regulations.

Due to the COVID-19 situation around the world, refund requests have increased significantly. Therefore, refund processing takes longer than usual.

Special Protocol

Before you travel, make sure you have checked all the travel requirements, such as the COVID-19 free certificate you must prepare, visa suspension, and quarantine rules at origin, transit/connection, and destination.

Note:

  • To cover your mouth and nose, use medical protective masks and fibers.
  • Visors (face shield) or FFP2 masks with valves are not allowed.
  • For long trips, it is advisable to bring extra masks to change if the one you use becomes damp.
  • Children under 6 years of age do not need to use a face mask.
  • Effective 1 September 2020, exemption from using masks is only possible if supported by a health certificate with a negative PCR test result (taken within 2x24 hours before the flight).

 

Refund

Refund as per the airline's normal rule. We suggest you to submit an Open Ticket.

Reschedule

The following are rescheduling provisions from LOT Polish Airlines:

  • Reschedule fee will be waived if it is in accordance with the table.
  • Submission can be done multiple times.
  • Fare differences and other additional charges (e.g. applicable taxes) will apply.
  • Rescheduling conditions are subject to each airline policies and availability.
