Refund

Scoot airlines provide 2 options for refunds; in form of cash and Scoot Voucher.

 

As for refund with the form of Scoot Voucher, the conditions are as follows:

  • Scoot Vouchers cannot be cashed in cash or credit card balance if the voucher is not exchanged.
  • Scoot Vouchers can only be exchanged once and cannot be used a second time.
  • Scoot Vouchers is non-transferable
  • If your initial payment mode includes a voucher payment, please note that the 120% Scoot Vouchers option will not apply to the number of bookings paid using the voucher.
  • For such vouchers expiring between 1 February – 31 July 2021, both dates inclusive, Scoot will progressively send an e-mail regarding auto-extension of the validity period of voucher for another 24 months. The expired voucher will be voided and a new voucher valid for 24 months will be issued with updated Terms and Conditions. For more information, click here.

Reschedule

  • Reschedule fee will be waived
  • Submit the reschedule through the airline's website
  • Fare differences and other additional charges (e.g. applicable taxes) will apply

 

Reroute

  • Submitting a re-route can be done while using the same airline
  • Submissions are made at the related airlines
  • If the reroute ticket price is greater than the initial ticket, the price difference will be paid by the passenger. If the ticket price is lower than the initial ticket, then the price difference will not be given to the passenger.
