Restrictions on Regular Flights During the 2022 Indonesia G20 Presidency Summit

Due to the G20 Summit in Denpasar (Bali), starting November 13 - 17 2022, Sriwijaya Air Group flights to and from I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport Denpasar Bali (DPS) cannot operate. Passengers who have flight schedules at that time can apply for a refund through cs@tiket.com.

Refunds are subject to the following airline regulations:

This special refund only applies to those who carry COVID-19 tests with non-reactive results that are not suitable for entering the destination area due to misinformation regarding the new conditions set.
Have a reactive/positive COVID-19 test result.
Prospective passengers who cancel their flight before the day of departure are subject to the provisions according to normal regulations.

Reschedule

Reschedule fee will be waived (free) for 30 days after the initial flight date.

Route changes are allowed.
Route changes take into account the difference in the value of old tickets with new tickets.
Route changes do not return the old ticket value if there is excess.
