Terminal Information

As per December 7, 2022, Thai Lion Air flight with the routes of Don Mueang (DMK) - Soekarno Hatta (CGK) - Don Mueang (DMK), will be moved from Terminal 3 to Terminal 2F of Soekarno Hatta International Airport (CGK).

Refund

Refunds for Thai Lion Airlines are not currently given in cash, but in the form of  Travel Voucher / Credit. The conditions for submitting a Travel Voucher / Credit refund are as follows:

Ticket Purchase Date: On / before 30 April 2020
Early Flying Period: On / after 31 July 2020
Flight Routes: All international & domestic routes
Term of Travel Voucher / Credit: 365 calendar days from the date of departure on the latest ticket

Other Condition:

* Travel Voucher / Credit redemption is done within 365 calendar days from the date of departure.

* Change fee and fare difference will be paid (If any)

How to Apply for a Travel Voucher / Credit Issuance:

If you want to cancel the ticket and issue a Travel Voucher / Credit, contact tiket.com with a statement such as below:

If the cancellation and issuance of the Travel Voucher / Credit has been submitted to tiket.com, then you have agreed with all information contained on this page. Tiket.com will immediately cancel your active flight schedule and will confirm this to you. The authority to use the ticket is entirely the responsibility of the passenger.

Reschedule

• Reschedule fee will be waived
• Reschedule request in form of submission
• Waiver for reschedule/change fee permitted for one time only
• Fare differences and other additional charges (e.g. applicable taxes) will apply

Reroute

• Normal reroute rules apply (No waiver for reroute fee)
