General Requirement
Starting from October 1, 2022, the Tourism Authority of Thailand has announced that passengers visiting Thailand will no longer need to show COVID-19 related papers like vaccination certificates and test results when they arrive in the country.
Immigration Requirements
- Passengers are no longer required to obtain a Thailand Pass or Certificate of Entry (COE). There is no need to download any mobile app.
- Passengers will be required to present their passports and relevant travel documents to the immigration officers for processing.
- Proof of accommodation and funds of at least THB 10,000 per person and THB 20,000 per family.

Transit Requirements
- Transit Visa (TS) may be granted to passengers in transit in Thailand, non-professional athletes visiting Thailand for sport competition, and airline crew.
- Transit passengers who will spend more than 12 hours at the airport in Thailand must apply for the Transit Visa. Transit Visa is valid for 90 days from the date of issue (30 days maximum per stay).
