PCR Or Rapid Test Requirement

Flight requirements:

• Show a recognized vaccination record.
• Presenting evidence of negative results of a PCR-based nucleic acid test for COVID-19 carried out within 3x24 hours before the scheduled flight departure time.
• Show confirmation in English or Chinese for room reservations for 21 nights starting from the day of arrival at the designated quarantine hotel.

Transit Procedure at Hong Kong International Airport

• Air transit/transfer services at Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) have been gradually reopening.
• Passengers can use HKIA for transit/transfer on flights operated by different airlines under the same airline ticket, provided that the passenger has checked-in at the airport of origin by printing the boarding pass and marking the baggage to the final destination.
• Passengers must also confirm in advance that they can enter their final destination. Please check with the airline for details.
