Terms and Conditions of Blibli Tiket PayLater by Indodana Finance

General Terms & Conditions

  1. These Terms and Conditions of Blibli Tiket PayLater by Indodana Finance (hereinafter referred to as "Terms and Conditions") shall apply and be in force for the following parties: PT Global Tiket Network (hereinafter referred to as "tiket.com"), PT Indodana Multi Finance (hereinafter referred to as "Indodana Finance"), tiket.com’s Users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) and tiket.com’s Customers (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”).
  2. These Terms and Conditions may be changed, modified, added, deleted, or corrected (“changes”) by tiket.com and Indodana Finance from time to time in accordance with the development of the Site and applicable laws and regulations. Users and Customers are encouraged to visit this Site periodically in order to be aware of these changes.
  3. tiket.com and Indodana Finance may unilaterally select Users who meet the requirements to become Customers. If a particular User does not have the PayLater feature option as a product payment method, the User is not eligible to use Indodana Finance Services.
  4. When a user agrees to use the PayLater feature but the User's account has not been verified, the user gives tiket.com consent to verify the User's cell phone number by sending an OTP.
  5. The User must guard the OTP and must not reveal the OTP to a third party besides tiket.com’s system. The User is fully responsible for the confidentiality of the OTP. Any damages, including any risks and losses, both direct and indirect, suffered by the User as a result of breaches of the OTP is the responsibility of the User. tiket.com’s staff would never ask the User to provide the User's OTP number under any circumstances.
  6. Customers and Users are fully responsible for the control and usage of the PayLater service on their accounts. Customers and Users hereby release tiket.com and Indodana Finance from any and all risks and losses resulting in connection with the use of the PayLater feature on Customers and Users accounts, whether such use were carried out by Customers or Users or other parties outside the Customers and Users. For this reason, Customers and Users are obliged to maintain the confidentiality and security of passwords and OTPs related to the PayLater services. Customers and Users are prohibited from using PayLater services for purposes or activities that violate the law.
  7. Users and Customers hereby permit and authorize tiket.com and Indodana Finance to use the Terms and Conditions along with any changes, additions, or updates including notes, information, or data related to Users and Customers that are obtained through the site, obtained from the Customer for the purposes and interests of tiket.com and Indodana concerning with PayLater service subject to these Terms and Conditions.
  8. These Terms and Conditions are regulated based on the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. If there is any dispute arising from the User, Customer, tiket.com, and Indodana Finance, all parties will try to resolve it outside of court. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 60 (sixty) calendar days then all parties agree to use the Central Jakarta District Court for dispute resolutions.
  9. This PayLater Terms and Conditions agreement is made in Indonesian and English. If there is any difference regarding the meaning and definition between the English and Indonesian versions, then all parties agree the Indonesian version shall take precedence over the English version.

Special Terms & Conditions

  1. Users who intend to use the PayLater feature on the Site will be directed to read and agree to Indodana Finance's Terms and Conditions and Indodana's Privacy Policy. By using the PayLater feature on the Site, the User agrees to Indodana Finance's Terms and Conditions and Indodana Finance's Privacy Policy. Thus, any legal action taken in regard to the implementation of Indodana Finance Services for Users is between the User or the Customer and Indodana Finance.
  2. After the User agrees to each of Indodana Finance's Terms and Conditions and Indodana Finance's Privacy Policy, the User will be directed to fill out the application form for Blibli Tiket PayLater by Indodana Finance provided by Indodana Finance. User is expected to provide a photo of their identity (KTP) and a photo of themselves holding the KTP. 
  3. Other User information that is required to be attached to Blibli Tiket PayLater by Indodana Finance application form is the User’s personal data details, work data, and emergency contact data details.
  4. Users are considered to consciously enter any data and information needed and submit the data and information to Indodana Finance applications including processing User's Personal Data, including for obtaining and collecting, and analysing, storing, repairing and updating, appearance, collection, transfer, or disclosure, and/or deletion or destruction, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, in order to provide Financing Services. Indodana Finance uses and discloses this data and information in accordance with Indodana Finance's Privacy Policy. Therefore, it is advised that Customers and Users read the Privacy Policy that applies to Indodana Finance from time to time.
  5. Customers can choose the payment terms, and each payment term may have a different Fee as disclosed in the payment term selection. Customers agree that the payment terms and their fees are unique for each customer. tiket.com and Indodana Finance determine the payment terms and fees and may revise them from time to time. 
  6. After the User has filled out all data and information required and selected the payment term, the process will proceed to the Indodana Finance Service agreement, where tiket.com will notify the User of the status of the Indodana Finance Service application process.
  7. Status Notifications of the Indodana Finance Service submission process by tiket.com to the User is entirely the result of Indodana Finance's review, for this reason, the User releases tiket.com from any lawsuits, claims and demands for any results of the status of the User's Indodana Finance Service submission process.
  8. Users who receive rejection notifications for submitting Indodana Finance  Services can re-submit applications for Indodana Finance Services in accordance with the policies regarding the terms of the re-submission period that apply at Indodana Finance.
  9. Users who have received approval notifications to Indodana Finance Services will automatically be referred to as Customers and will be given a Credit Limit according to the amount chosen by the User and approved by Indodana Finance, which can be used to purchase Products on the Site.
  10. Customers who have been approved by Indodana Finance will receive a Financing Agreement in the form of an electronic document.
  11. Users agree that Indodana Finance may unilaterally, for any reason, not give approval for the product purchase transaction process using a Credit Limit.
  12. Product purchases would follow the amount of the Customer's balance in the Credit Limit. tiket.com may refuse a purchase transaction if the Customer's balance is insufficient to pay for the transaction.
  13. Users and Customers hereby release tiket.com from any lawsuits, claims, and demands resulting from the implementation of Indodana Finance Services.
  14. The customer may be subject to late fees if the customer fails to pay the amount due on time.

User Data Usage

  1. By using Blibli Tiket PayLater by Indodana Finance on the Site, the User grants permission to tiket.com to disclose User's information and/or data, as well as User’s Personal Data related to Indodana Finance's use of the Site to Indodana Finance and to store User's information and/or data regarding the use of Blibli Tiket PayLater by Indodana Finance as a method of payment or financing on the Site.
  2. The processing and disclosure of personal data, as mentioned above, is needed to validate the data in tiket.com and Indodana Finance to detect fraud.
  3. The users agree and voluntarily give full authority and power to tiket.com and Indodana Finance to process Users’ Personal Data, including obtaining, collecting, processing, analyzing, storing, repairing, updating, providing, forwarding, transferring, disclosing, deleting, and/or to destroy, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations regarding information, personal data and/or relevant data. Users also agree that tiket.com can forward Users’ data to Indodana Finance in the form of: full name, email, mobile number, address, product purchased, product category purchased, unique transaction code, and other data provided and approved by the Users in accordance with the provisions of the applicable laws and regulations. The data will be used in connection with the financing submitted by the Users to Indodana Finance.
  4. The User allows Indodana Finance the right to store the User’s own information and/or data related to the usage.
  5. The use of data regarding with Blibli Tiket PayLater by Indodana Finance is in compliance with Indodana Finance’s Privacy Policy and tiket.com’s Privacy Policy. Therefore, Users are obliged to read tiket.com’s Privacy Policy and Indodana Finance's Privacy Policy. If the User uses Blibli Tiket PayLater by Indodana Finance, then the User is deemed to have read the entire tiket.com’s Privacy Policy and Indodana Finance’s Privacy Policy and agrees to the entire tiket.com’s Privacy Policy and Indodana Finance’s Privacy Policy.
  6. tiket.com and Indodana Finance will not provide, disseminate, or make User’s data publicly accessible without prior approval, except in circumstances legally required in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Indodana Service Repayment

  1. The Customer is required to make payments for the settlement of Indodana Finance Services along with PayLater Fees and fines (if any) following the payment terms using the time zone GMT +7 or Western Indonesia Time (WIB) with a value as determined by Indodana Finance.
  2. If the Customer fails to make a settlement for the payment term, tiket.com can temporarily deactivate the Customer's PayLater feature until tiket.com receives a notification from Indodana Finance that the customer has made a payment and is no longer in a bad debt situation.
  3. Each payment made by the Customer following the term of payment will restore the Customer's Credit Limit balance.
  4. Customer agrees that all Indodana Finance Service’s collection is fully carried out by Indodana Finance and/or a third party appointed by Indodana Finance, the Customer hereby releases tiket.com from any claims, lawsuits, and demands from the Customer concerning Indodana Finance Services, including but not limited to activities of Indodana Finance Service’s collection conducted by Indodana Finance and third parties appointed by Indodana Finance.

Cancellation of Transaction

  1. Customers are allowed to request a cancellation of transaction by referring to the Terms and Conditions of tiket.com which can be accessed on the website en.tiket.com/info/tos. Customers are asked to periodically visit tiket.com’s Terms and Conditions page.
  2. Indodana Finance will process the cancellation if Indodana has received confirmation from tiket.com.
  3. If the cancellation of the Customer's transaction has been confirmed by tiket.com and the Customer has paid off the invoice for the transaction, the Customer agrees that Indodana Finance will allocate the funds to settle the Customer's other bills that are still active (if any).
  4. If Customer has no other active bills, then the Customer's funds will be returned by transfer to Customer's account. tiket.com and/or Indodana Finance’s Customer Service will contact the Customer according to the contact information provided by the Customer to tiket.com and/or Indodana Finance to request the Customer's account number and proof of payment, or the Customer may contact tiket.com’s Customer Care at cs@tiket .com or Indodana Finance’s Customer Care at cs@indodanafinance.com to provide account number information and provide proof of payment.
  5. Refunds will be transferred to the customer's account within 14 calendar days and the Customer will receive a notification when the funds have been transferred by Indodana Finance.
  6. Indodana Finance is not responsible if the Customer provides information that is incorrect, not updated, and/or misleading, hence making the Customer cannot be contacted.

Customer Service

Users and Customers could contact tiket.com's customer service for any questions related to the PayLater feature and Indodana Finance Services through the help feature as found on the Site.


Definition

  1. Users are individuals who use the Site and make transactions on Products as provided by tiket.com.
  2. Customers are Users who agree and have been approved by Indodana Finance to use the PayLater service as a method of purchasing Products on the Site.
  3. PayLater is a payment method of product feature using Indodana Finance Services.
  4. PayLater Fee is a fee charged by Indodana Finance to the Customer for each purchase of Products using Indodana Finance Services with a value according to the payment term chosen by the Customer.
  5. Indodana Finance services are Financing Services provided by Indodana Finance in accordance with their license.
  6. Credit Limit is the credit amount chosen by the User and approved by Indodana Finance as displayed on the PayLater feature.
  7. OTP is a method of verifying a User's telephone number that has not been verified by sending a unique code to be re-entered by the User in the verification column.
  8. Service Providers are the owners and parties who operate the Products as displayed on the Site.
  9. Products are any services owned and operated by Service Providers that are marketed and promoted by tiket.com on the Site.
  10. Indodana Finance Service’s Terms and Conditions are every terms and conditions including disclaimers made unilaterally by Indodana Finance and binding on Customers who agree to use Indodana Finance Services.
  11. Site is every application and website owned and operated by tiket.com.
  12. Refund is the process of returning money belonging to the Customer due to a cancellation of a Product purchase that is made by the Customer.
  13. Financing Agreement is an agreement both in writing and in electronic form agreed between Indodana Finance and the Financing Recipient that regulates, among other things, the rights and obligations, terms and conditions and mechanisms and procedures for Financing payments.
  14. Financing is a financial facility in the form of funding provided by Indodana Finance to Financing Recipients through Indodana Finance Services which is used to purchase Products.
  15. The Financing Recipient is the Customer as described in point 2 of the Definition.
