Yes, you can immediately create a BlibliPay account and enjoy various promos and offers on tiket.com without having to create an account at Blibli first.

4. How to make payment using BlibliPay on tiket.com?

1. Select the ticket or accommodation that you would like to order.
2. Make sure the order is correct and select "Continue payment."
3. On the payment page, select "BlibliPay" as the payment method.
4. Make sure your BlibliPay balance is enough to make transactions.
5. You can also use the BlibliPay balance from the cashback and refund that you received.
6. Enter the BlibliPay PIN to process the payment.
7. Finished! You will get a notification when the payment is successful.
    

5. Will all the refund processes that I submitted return to my BlibliPay balance?

For refunds with payment methods such as BlibliPay, bank transfers, instant payment, e-wallets, retail, and virtual accounts, the fund will be returned to your BlibliPay balance. But, this does not apply for transactions using credit cards and PayLater.
 

6. How do I deactivate my BlibliPay on tiket.com?

If your BlibliPay account has been linked to tiket.com, you can deactivate your BlibliPay account with the following steps:

1. Enter the BlibliPay main page (through Blibli or tiket.com) and choose the menu “Settings” on the upper right corner.
2. Choose “Linked Accounts”.
3. Next, click the “Deactivate BlibliPay at tiket.com” button.
4. Your BlibliPay account is no longer linked to tiket.com.
    

7. Can I change my BlibliPay mobile number via tiket.com?

No, you can only change your phone number through Blibli account. If you don’t have a Blibli account, you can register a new account with the phone number used at BlibliPay. With this, the number registered with Blibli will be the same as the phone number on your BlibliPay account.

Please note that your BlibliPay balance is only stored on one phone number because the phone number is the primary identity for BlibliPay. If you change the number, the balance on the previous number will not be updated in your BlibliPay account with the new number. So, please avoid changing your phone number when you have some balance on BlibliPay, or make sure you have used up all the balance before changing the number.

8. Will my BlibliPay balance on Blibli and tiket.com have the same amount if it is already connected?

Yes, the same BlibliPay balance can be used at Blibli and tiket.com for transactions and to receive BlibliPay cashback and BlibliPay refunds.
 

9. Can I activate at tiket.com when my BlibliPay account is deactivated?

No, you need to contact Blibli Customer Care to reactivate your BlibliPay account. After your account is active again, you may repeat the activation process. However, if your account is deactivated because there is an indication of a bank transfer, you can still activate it at tiket.com as usual.

10. Can I still receive cashback, refunds, and withdraw funds when my BlibliPay account is deactivated?

No, receiving cashback, refunds, and balance withdrawals will be postponed until your BlibliPay account is active again. You can contact Blibli Customer Care to reactivate your BlibliPay account.

No, you can only connect one BlibliPay account to one tiket.com account because you need to use the same phone number.

13.  Do I have to download the Blibli app to be able to use BlibliPay on tiket.com?

No, you can still use BlibliPay at tiket.com without downloading the Blibli application. However, you may need to use Blibli App if you want to change the phone number on your BlibliPay account.

14. Why can't I activate BlibliPay?

Please consider the following steps:

• Make sure the device you are using is connected to the internet.
• Make sure your phone number has not been registered with another tiket.com account.
• Make sure to use the latest tiket.com app.
• Make sure to enter the correct OTP number sent to your phone number.
• If you have a registered BlibliPay account, you can use the PIN that you have set.
• If you have never registered for a BlibliPay account in Blibli, make sure you don't create a PIN with predictable numbers, such as 123456, 123123, birth date, or phone number.
