2. How long does the voucher last?

Each voucher type will have a different validity period with at least 1 month since the voucher code is generated.

3. Can I transfer the voucher to another account?

No, the reward voucher is locked in your account. Make sure the account that you use to redeem the voucher is the same as the account used to purchase the plane ticket.

4. Where can I see the reward voucher?

After claiming the voucher and completing your flight booking payment, you will receive a message in your inbox on the tiket app that will lead you to the Voucher Box page or an email with a unique voucher code inside. When opening the Voucher Box page, make you're already logged in to your account.
